In the house: table tennis, billiard table. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 1 km, sandy beach "Sant Antoni de Calonge" 5 km. Sports harbour 7 km, golf course (18 hole) 7 km, riding stable 12 km. Nearby attractions: Waterpark 7 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
6-room house 140 m2 on 3 levels. Comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, digital TV, hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (135 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with (1 x) (1 x), 1 pull-out bed (2 pers. 2 x 90 cm, length 190 cm). Large kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the patio. Shower/bidet/WC. Heating. On the lower ground floor: playroom. Exit to the patio, to the swimming pool. Upper floor: with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 190 cm), bath/shower/bidet/WC and double hand-basin. Terrace 21 m2, patio 500 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4), covered balcony. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free).
