Welcome to Condo Iris, in the IT Residences located in Coco Beach, Playa del Carmen. This condominium has a comfortable king bed, smart TV, safe, balcony from its main bedroom. Its bathroom is located right next to its door. The living room is made up of a Smart TV and a sofa, its kitchen is fully equipped. All its rooms have air conditioning and WIFI.
The IT Residences are located just a few blocks from Coco Beach, and only one block from the famous Fifth Avenue. Its common areas are furnished; there are 2 lobbies, 2 rooftops with pool, a solarium, a lounge bar, underground parking, and 2 luxury restaurants. Enjoy the sea view from your infinity pool and sun loungers. Additionally, you can enjoy delicious cocktails from the rooftop restaurant bar while enjoying the view.
