I love adventure and traveling. Playa del Carmen is a great place to relax and play. I'm an avid yogi and salsa dancer, and love the ocean and swimming, so it fits my lifestyle. I also live in San DIego where I have another Fifth Avenue rental and Solana Beach., and in the center of upscale Doral (Miami) where I rent a studio. I've done short term rentals for ten years and have had lots of great experiences with my guests. I keep in contact with many of them. I love people and knowing of their life experiences. It's been a fun journey. Come join me in Paradise!
Why they chose this property
This property is unique for many reasons. It's situated in front of a recreational running track for the city, so it's like a vast area of green lawn. Sitting on the patio drinking coffee in the mornings and watching runners can be entertaining, as well as in the same Villanueva Deportivo there are exercise classes and dance classes morning and evenings. There are restaurants within a block each way, as well as the ocean two blocks away, and Fifth Avenue for walking a block away.
What makes this property unique
You can take a brief walk to the ocean, five minutes away, visit the rooftop infinity pool and take a sunbath as you view the island of Cozamel in the middle of the Carribean. Then you can take another five minutes to walk a block to Fifth Avenue walking street which goes all the way down about a mile at least to the Cozamel Ferry; you will also find every type of store and restaurant imaginable from Victoria Secrets to H&M.
