The house is rented for 3 bedrooms. It is forbidden to use the 4th bedroom. Additional charges will be invoiced if this rule is not respected.

For hygiene reasons, the jacuzzi is emptied between each rental. Therefore, if you wish to use the jacuzzi, please let us know at the time of booking so that we can fill it and heat it prior to your arrival.

Please note that for any late arrival after 6 p.m., we charge an extra 50 euros.
For any arrival after midnight, we charge an extra 80 euros.
3.5% transaction fees will be added to this amount, unless paid by bank transfer.
