Pessimo alloggio Soggiorno 8-22 Agosto 2020

All’arrivo abbiamo trovato la casa non pulita: cestino del bagno non svuotato, cassetto della camera pieno di carte, sporcizia sotto il lettino della cameretta ( forse mai spostato), stoviglie della cucina unte e comunque poco attrezzata per 10 persone. Sulla descrizione della villa era indicato la griglia ma non c’è. Abbiamo avuto disagi con l’acqua ma soprattutto quando segnalavamo problemi il signore dell’agenzia è stato molto scortese ( ci ha riso anche al telefono ). Ogni tanto ci siamo accorti della presenza, non segnalata, del personale in casa. In generale la cosa che ha dato più fastidio, visto il costo della Villa, è’ stata la non pulizia (capelli nei letti ad esempio ) e lo stato della casa ( sanitari con ruggine, asse water rotta, doccini delle doccia piene di calcare da cui scendeva poca acqua).

La Villa non ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. Visto anche la situazione COVID abbiamo trovato la casa sporca (cestino del bagno non cambiato, utensili cucina sporchi e vecchi, cassetto della scrivania di una camera con carte di cicche etc..). Mobili vecchi e usurati ( asse dei water rotti, water arrugginiti, doccini delle docce pieni di calcare con conseguente getto limitato e a spruzzo). Era indicata la griglia in giardino e non c’era. Disagi con la cisterna dell’acqua.

Schöne DHH - aber in die Jahre gekommen

Die Lage des Doppelhauses im Wohngebiet von Forte dei Marmi ist super und vieles ist zu Fuß ca. immer 1km ohne Problem zu erreichen - Supermarkt, Restaurant, Bar und Meer. Das Haus selber und die Einrichtung ist leider in die Jahre gekommen und viele kleine Mängel könnten ohne hohen Aufwand und Kosten behoben werden. Der Service durch die Agentur vor Ort war freundlich und sie waren hilfsbereit. Die Küche, das Geschirr und die Küchengeräte würden mal eine intensive Reinigung benötigen.

Idéalement placé pour visiter la Toscane

La maison est très spacieuse et très pratique pour une grande famille avec des enfants. Il ne manque rien. Une place pour garer la voiture dans le jardin. Un jardin fermé pour la tranquillité. A 10' à pied d'un grand supermarché. A 15 minutes à pied de la mer et 20' du centre de la ville; la maison est située dans un quartier très calme. La localisation de Forte dei Marmi est optimale lorsque vous voulez visiter le patrimoine italien: le plus loin est Florence à 1h20 et Vinci (le village de Leonardo da Vinci) qui est sur la route pour Florence mais Pise, les carrières de Carrara, la Spezia (pour aller en train aux cinque terre) sont à une demi heure de route. Nous n'avons pas eu le temps de visiter Lucca qui est aussi proche de Forte dei Marmi. Le seul bémol est la ville elle même , nous n'y avons pas trouvé notre place car trop de luxe, ce n'est pas notre monde mais nous étions venus pour visiter l'Italie et Forte est très bien placée pour cela.

schönes Haus mit tollem Garten

Haus und Garten sind geräumig und einfach zum wohlfühlen. Es hat genügend Platz für 9 Personen im Innen- wie Außenbereich. Die Angaben im Online-Inserat sind korrekt. Höchstens sie Entfernung zu Strand und "Innenstadt" kamen uns doch etwas weiter vor. Durch die vielen Einbahnstraßen in Forte dei Marmi sind Fahrräder von Vorteil. Der Garten ist ideal für kleinere Kinder da er komplett von einer Hecke umgeben ist. Es ist auch sehr angenehm, dass man die Autos innerhalb des Grundstücks parken kann. Die Ansprechpartner vor Ort sind zuvorkommend und standen bei Bedarf mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. In 10 Tagen kam gleich 2x eine Reinigungskraft! :-)

Spacious stay

A lovely spacious house in a quiet residential area. 10 minute walk to a local restaurant and bar. 5 mins to local shop. 15 mins walk to the sea. About 20 mins walk to the town centre. Great house. Would advise to rent bikes for your stay. It's a cycle friendly town.
