The Space
Inside, the home features an entryway leading to an open-concept living room with sofas, armchairs, and a TV; a dining area with a table and chairs; a pantry stocked with kitchen utensils for every need; and a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, a Nespresso pod coffee machine, microwave, toaster, and kettle
On the ground floor: a double bedroom with a TV and the option of an extra bed upon request; a single bedroom with a TV; both bedrooms feature a small, connected terrace suitable for relaxing; and a third bedroom with a bunk bed.
Bathroom with window, shower, bidet, and washing machine.
The garden, for exclusive use, features night lighting, a dining/relaxation area with a beach umbrella, table, and chairs, and sun loungers available for guests.
A cot and high chair are available upon request at the time of booking.
Other things to keep in mind
In accordance with municipal regulations, a tourist tax of €1.50 per person per day for the first week of your stay must be paid at check-in.
The gardener may perform maintenance during your stay, which will be arranged in advance with guests.
