Gemütlich 6 - Two Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 4

We propose to you with the hiring, on the commune of Wissembourg, this charming apartment of a surface of 55 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the 2nd floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 25 m², a fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a bathroom. Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

We offer you, in the same residence, 6 other similar properties available for rent!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 25 m² open on the kitchen with a sitting area, TV, a single sofa bed (130*190).
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, cooking plates and a dining area.
- Bedroom 1: a king-size bed (180×200) with a wardrobe.
- Bedroom 2: a single sofa bed (130*190) with a wardrobe.
- A bathroom with WC

The apartment is ideally located in Wissembourg, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities:
-Sightseeing: Visit of the city of Wissembourg and its ramparts, visit of the neighboring German villages, traditional villages of the North Alsace....
- Sports activities: Hiking, outdoor swimming pools, Alsace adventure forest,
- Gastronomic heritage: pretzel, eel of Alsace, eierkuche, sauerkraut, flammeküeche, moricette...
Events: Pentecost festival, traditional Christmas markets, festival of the ramparts.

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot (one car). A public parking lot is located 200 meters away.

Die Wohnung war modern eingerichtet. Leider war die Spülmachine und das Geschirr etwas dreckig und wir mussten vor Benutzung beides reinigen. Ansonsten war die Wohnung sauber.Die Lage ist gut.Ich würde das Appartement weiter empfehlen.

Ne pas se soucier du ménage final inclus dans le prix n'a pas de prix ... 🙁 A l'arrivée seuls 2 lits de fait et pas de draps pour le divan lit du salon...qui est cassé et ne se redresse plus en fauteuil d'ailleurs. Apres avoir appelé les 3 numéros censés nous venir en aide j'ai du appeler BookandPay qui les as contactés...j'ai trouvé 1 drap de dessous et 1 housse de couette roulés en boule sur le sol devant la porte en revenant des courses...moyen! Tué 3 cafards sur les 5 jours. Pas de balai, d'aspirateur ou de seau présents dans la location donc pas moyen de passer un coup de frais. Les 2 divans lits c est dur ... au moins dans la 2e chambre prévoir 1 vrai lit 2 personnes comme dans la 1ere. Et remplacer celui du salon pour un modèle sans bosses et qu'on sait mettre en position fauteuil et ce sera parfait !"
