The house boosts an open concept living with the kitchen area open to the living area. Master bedroom and bathroom are located on the 1st floor as well as the laundry room. The house has wood floors all throughout the house. Master bedroom has a king bed while 2nd & 3rd bedrooms have queen beds all with huge walk in closets in every bedroom. Jacksonville stay

We had the best stay, beautiful house. The pool and gym are places we really enjoyed. Overall 10/10 for this stay. Thank you for everything. House was very clean and spacious, very convenient for big families. Super close to Mayo Clinic which was super important for me.

Wonderful property

Can’t say enough about this wonderful townhome. It was the perfect place to recover from surgery! Very comfortable, clean and bright and sunny home! Everything we needed was there..we ate in a lot and the kitchen was well appointed with everything at our fingertips. The neighborhood was a perfect place to walk I highly recommend this property

Mayo Clinic Stay GREAT LOCATION

The Townhouse is well situated if you are doing anything at the MAYO HOSPITAL. It is less than 5 mins from it. There are also supermarket and other businesses close by. The Townhouse is located in quiet gated community. Highly recommend. Clean ComCleanaComfortable VeryTcomfortable.comfortableclces

Terrific location and property

All I can say is THANK YOU for allowing us to stay in your beautiful rental. It was so convenient to Mayo, that I could be from my doorstep to parking at Mayo in 4 minutes when I had daily radiation therapy. The neighborhood is very secure and located two minutes from Publix and tons of restaurants and shopping. The rental was well-equipped and very clean. Thank you again for your terrific property.

Mayo Outpatient Transplant Recovery

The unit was exactly what we needed given our post-op, out-patient requirements. After a successful transplant, our son needed constant caregiver coverage for at least 3 to 4 weeks. Our unit had a complete living space for him on the first floor; plus the upstairs provided my wife and I a complete separate living area. It worked perfectly.The location was also perfect - Mayo Clinic was 5 minutes away, Publix only 2 minutes away and multiple excellent restaurants within a 10-minute drive.Lastly, and must impressive, was the check-in process and management support. The check-in was “painless” and Sam, our host, was absolutely the “best”. Sam immediately responded to any question or need during what was a very trying time for us.I would highly recommend this property for a family vacation or a medical situation similar to ours !
