This house is very nice, clean and great location on the lake with private boat launch. The host was very responsive and provided friendly and open communication. We will definitely stay here again.
We visit Norris Lake near end of every summer to spend some time as a family before our kids head back to high school/college. First time trying this cottage and we LOVED it! Great location at the end of a quiet cove. Perfect for swimming, kayaking, fishing, evening fires, and our Springs Dock boat rental. We look forward to renting this one again this year!
Everything was great. Perfect home on the lake for our family gathering. All the amenities needed for a great time. Watching the fireworks from the second deck was an added bonus.
We had the best experience staying at this house! It was so clean and had everything we needed! The hosts are responsive and detail oriented. The house is right across from the marina- we paddle boated over there! So convenient!
Great house and property, lovely balconies to sit and relax and watch the lake and overlook a marina and houseboats. Very clean, and had everything we needed. Had fun taking the paddleboat out. Thank you!

Thanks for taking the time to leave the excellent review. Fall is one our favorite times on the lake - glad you enjoyed the paddleboat.
Could have not asked for a better week! The house was PERFECT! Everyone was polite and felt safe! We had our kids and granddaughter and she LOVED jumping off the back of the boat down at the dock! The owners are wonderful! Very responsive! We loved the circular drive, perfect for our boat and trailer. Can’t wait to come back!
Very strange layout, cobwebs everywhere, grill was filthy and did not work (little to no flame), complete lack of cups and glasses, very low water pressure in the showers, Great location but we were NOT impressed.
Great location, will say if you are not Davy to trailering a boat at least the newer heavier wake boats it will be a little challenge for the driveway but other than that the location and house is prime and we will definitely be back and try to book this one again thank you for letting us stay in your home for the holiday weekend!
We enjoyed the dock so much! It was calm. Our family was out towards Deerfield and their dock was so rough so they enjoyed ours as well. loved the kayaks! Ate at the marina several times. It was a great stay despite not very sunny! Thanks so much!
First time to Norris Lake. House was as described, we didn’t spend much time there as we were on the lake mostly. House met all expectations, easy to launch boat and keep at the dock. No issues, would go back again for sure.
This house was wonderful for our family of 6. This is our 4th year at the lake and the central location at Springs Dock Marina was very important to us as we like to visit the nearby marinas. It was very clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook meals and we loved hanging out on the upper deck. The driveway was a plus for our 3 vehicles and the carport was great to store our coolers. We appreciated the steps to the lake and enjoyed the fire pit on a few evenings. We will definitely be staying here again as this was our favorite house the the lake.

Thanks for the excellent review. We agree - the location is perfect for a trip to Norris Lake and the gentle slope to the water is a huge bonus. We’d love to have your family back to the cabin in the future.
This house was great for our family of 5 with 3 college aged children. We enjoyed the fire pit and swimming off the dock. Location of cabin in springs dock marina made it easy access to multiple areas on the lake and boat/jet ski rentals. We spent a lot of our time out on the deck. The kitchen was functional and the family room was large. The owners are incredibly responsive and helpful as they aided us in returning a necklace that was left behind. Would absolutely rent this house again.

Thanks for the nice review. We were glad your family had a great time. No worries about the necklace - we are also a family of 5 and understand how things can be left behind. We’d love to have you back in the future.
Home was just as listed. Older home but well maintained and tasteful updates. Comfortable beds, very clean, organized, and has pretty much everything you would want in the kitchen. House is directly across cove from boat ramp which made it very easy to access. Marina it overlooks is like a little city of floating homes. Very protected from wakes. Owner had great communication…no issues at all!
