It has 4 bedrooms, a private heated swimming pool open from 01 May to 30 September, an enclosed garden and WiFi access.

The lounge is the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the region. Curl up on the sofa with a good book or take advantage of the facilities on offer, including Wi-Fi, hi-fi, DVD, radio and CD player.

You can prepare delicious recipes in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoy them around the dining table, which seats 10, or outside, in your garden or on your terrace, enjoying the view of the pool.

The villa has 4 comfortable bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, 1 with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet, 1 with 2 single beds and 1 with a double bed. The bathroom has a bath, shower and toilet.

Please note that one bedroom with en-suite shower room is on the ground floor, the others are on the first floor.

Separate toilets are available. The villa has a desk, hoover, ironing facilities, central heating, washing machine, tumble dryer and cleaning products.

Nespresso filter and capsule coffeemaker.

Please note that cleaning, towels and bed linen are included in the price.

Parking is available on site. Smoking is not permitted indoors. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not permitted.

2 smoke detectors, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. For television, we have international channels and are connected by fibre optics.

Beautiful, peaceful, spacious villa

The property is lovely, spacious and well equipped. Its in a quiet, peaceful area, but in easy driving to Surgeres, La Rochelle and Rochefort. The pool is brilliant and all three generations thoroughly enjoyed it, along with outdoor space and eating areas. Highly recommended.

Over priced terrible owners

We had to wait an hour to get into property, communication was terrible we had to continuously ask for details as to how to get in etc Even though this property was charging 5 star rates we did not get 5 star treatment. The beds were not made the house was dusty and smelt damp and then they charged us for not cleaning ing the horse. What a joke. I will never use this property again. This was the first time using VRBO and we will not use it again

Cette note ne reflète en rien la qualité de la villa, il est juste le résultat d'une basse vengeance d'un voyageur à qui on a demandé réparation suite aux dégâts constatés au départ et suite au heures de ménage supplémentaires qu'il a fallu effectuer comme aucune consigne n'avait été respectée.Le logement a été clairement malmené durant le séjour. Nous allons d'ailleurs demander la suppression de cette évaluation totalement injuste. -------------------------------- Cher voyageur, Je suis le propriétaire de la villa LAUBACLA et suis dans l'obligation de vous répondre suite à votre message plus que mensonger qui n'a pour seul but d'essayer de vous dédouaner de toutes vos incivilités malheureusement constatées dans notre belle maison. Vous n'avez vraiment pas de chance car nous avons occupé notre maison justement la semaine précédente votre arrivée. Nous avons donc apporter un soin particulier à faire un ménage impeccable, contrairement à ce vous dites le lave-vaisselle était vide, la vaisselle rangée, la poubelle propre. Vous avez laissé la maison dans un état lamentable et avez également réussi à casser un de nos parasols pour lequel nous vous demandons logiquement réparation.

Villa agréable et spacieuse

Nous avons été très bien accueillis. La villa est spacieuse, bien équipée et au calme. Elle bénéficie d un grand jardin bien entretenu et d une piscine à l abri des regards. Séjour reposant.
