Condo La Tortuga # 1 is located on a white sandy beach, has gorgeous water views and a spectacular swimming pool just a few steps from this charming Condo for your maximum comfort and enjoyment.
Inside, the rooms are light and airy, brightly yellow-orange colors coordinated with Mexican Caribbean charm. There are open views of the Caribbean Sea and the swimming pool from the living room, dining room, kitchen and Master bedroom suite. You can't be more surrounded by beauty than from this Condo.

The space
You can't be more surrounded by tranquil beauty than from this beachfront, beach-level condo on Half Moon Bay in Akumal.
Expansive views of the water from all rooms with an open floor plan & step down living room opening to a private beach-level terrace large enough for dining or relaxing in a hammock.

The 2 bedrooms, 2 bath condo is beautifully decorated in bright Mexican Caribbean colors.

Both Master and Guest Bedroom suite have King-size beds. One living room couch is double bed size.

An extra single bed is available upon request. Hi Speed wireless and Ethernet internet service are provided for free.
The unit comes with a fully appointed kitchen, with microwave, all linens, daily maid service, ceiling fans and A/C in bedrooms.

The beautiful entrance patio is surrounded by flowering tropical vegetation.
With all the places available, we really appreciate you considering our place for your vacation needs.
Enjoy lunch and a cool beverage at our condo's terrace adjacent to the pool, having the chance to meet your friends for breakfast in the refreshing Caribbean breeze.

Other things to note
The atmosphere is very relaxed. Walk bare-footed in T shirt and shorts to next door beachfront restaurant "La Lunita" for fabulous fajitas and a margarita if you like.
Cook service available upon request at our beautiful Condo if you would like to have a romantic dinner or simple to enjoy both regional or international cuisine prepared by our exclusive and private Chef.

Happy with our stay

We came for a week with our family in late December. The location is great, close to great restaurants, cafe and the lagoon. The condo is spacious and has what you need, fully stocked kitchen, large eating and living space. The rooms are nice and spacious as well but overall could use some updates. A few things could be improved, the water pressure is not that great or the drainage in the showers. The housekeeper came everyday but we had to ask for towels to be replenished even when taking the dirty ones. The location of the condo is right next to the restaurant so we didn’t have a lot of privacy in the evenings without shutting the metal curtain outside of the room. This didn’t allow us to have open breezes at night either. Maybe some better curtains inside could help. The house manager was helpful and responded the same day when we had questions or needed something. Overall we enjoyed our stay and had all that we needed to enjoy the holidays. Thank you.
