Located in the heart of downtown Cape Coral & walking distance to the Yacht Club, restaurants, bars, & shops. Beautifully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom private apartment-we own the duplex!

The master bedroom has a queen bed, & the other bedroom has 2 XL twin beds. We also have a pullout bed & an electric blow up queen air mattress. We have a private fenced back garden, washer & dryer. We supply paper products, laundry & dish detergents, coffee, tea, & basic condiments.
