This top-floor, one-bedroom/one-bath condo features a great view overlooking a park and the beach.

Sheets are provided, bath towels, wash clothes, dish towels and toiletries are not.

Great place surprisingly large

Love this condo. It was ayllwayblarger than expected, most beach condo feel like tiny hotel rooms. This felt like a home at the beach.. had a living and dining room bedroom. Great view of the water. I love the blue water reaort very nice have been coming here for years now. First time staying at the villas and will stay again.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this condo! From the moment I arrived, the owner went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and spacious the room was. I appreciated the little touches like complimentary soap and body wash.The amenities were top notch especially the pool and on site bar, which were both spotless and well-maintained.I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to stay. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

Great location! Perfect view of the ocean and the strip. Loved the security on site all the time and the garage to park our bikes at night. Neighbor was a live in and very friendly. I will definitely try to get this place again.

Most of the stuff with the room was good except that it was old and little bit dusty sofa and chairs. Bathroom was in good and clean condition. You need to get parking garage badge to park in there in case you don't find parking around the building.

My family and I just rented this condo for a week and we enjoyed staying here. The place is in the middle of everything in Myrtle Beach. I like the short walking distance to the beach. My kids loved the pool and the lazy river. The furniture and kitchen appliances are in decent condition. It could be replace with new, but its still in decent condition. The floor tiles throughout is the right way, especially after the pool or the beach. Overall, we will come back to rent this place again.

Not a great area they let anyone stay in the building… constantly smelled weed… drunk people throwing and busting bottles in the road and screaming and security didn’t care. Room was okay quiet out dated. Won’t stay here again but glad I had the opportunity.

I wouldnt stay here again...

First thing is i get to condo and go up and unlock the door, its messy with trash and someones belongings. I yell hello is anyone there no answer so im fuming mad. I call 3 different people and try to report the stuff i have seen, ginally get a hold of condo owner, i explain whats going on offer to take photos and i do. Come to find out there was so.eone still in condo he sat up in bed while i was taking photos. The condo owners were supper nice and did purchase us another condo but i will never book this one again.

The previous guests did not leave when they were supposed to and as a result my cleaner could not clean. I paid nearly twice what Lisa paid for my place for her to stay somewhere else. If I would have known that she'd rip me for something out of my control, I would have put her in a fleabag place.

Initally I was happy walking in, this was my first time booking a Myrtle beach condo so i came over prepared. I brought my own cleaning stuff because the reviews said dirty, they had cleaning utensils but no cleaning chemicals. The condo was surface clean but not very deeply cleansed. There was dust in areas like ceiling and baseboards which is nit terrible. The first day i saw a couple baby roaches then after that i saw the adult roaches. He mentioned after check in that while we were there with all our stuff unpacked he was supposed to have the bug spray guy come, he didnt end up coming. Im not boujee so i dont care ablut a little bug especially in a high traffic areas its understandable. The room decore itself was a little outdated the sofa couch was kinda uncomfortable and the recliners were broken bones, with the couch bed pulled out and the Murphy bed pulled out. It was a tight squeeze for moving around, so we had to put the beds up every time which was a little inconvenient. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and we probably would do it again.

Property need to be updated

I do my review base upon me also have family own rentals... this property needs to be updated. Furniture and Bed needs to be updated. You walk into the Condo it looks like you step back into 1950's. Even though the property was spray for roaches a week ago the owner states that bugs will be crawling, not the case the Condo has roaches and it needs to be bomb every month to get rid of the problem. Outside of that other guest in the villa allow their dogs pee on the elevator which gave off pet odor each time getting on and off. My suggestion is dogs shouldn't use the elevator for the reasons the animal is scared and yes they will pee. So keep that problem from happening guest that bring animals to the villa must use the staircase. Like i said i am in a family that has our own rentals so owner to owner please don't take this as a bad review. Take it as important information to better your property
