This was our first visit to Atlantic Beach, and we definitely plan to return. Our stay was wonderful. The hosts were very helpful and responded promptly to any questions. While parking on the ocean side is a bit tight, there’s additional parking available across the street on the sound side. The location was perfect, right on the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Light was out in the entry. Hard to get in. Accommodations ok, but not great. Worn. Too many remotes for tv.Faulty bathroom lighting in the master bedroom, but not worth the hassle to fix for a short trip.I wish I could give a higher rating, but I will choose a hotel next time.

Unfortunately, light bulbs do have to be replaced randomly, and we were super thankful and really appreciate maintenance responding quickly and replacing the light bulb for us. We always appreciate feedback during a renters stay (verses in a review) so that we can address and respond accordingly. We feel our unit is represented accurately on VRBO before a guest books. We also think our place is pretty fabulous and have enjoyed getting to share it with many other wonderful guests who felt the same in the past. All the best, Heather co-host

We spent years vacationing at Island Beach & Racquet Club and think it is the ideal location with its close proximity to shopping and restaurants yet it provides a relaxing escape.

We own another property on the island and visit regularly. When we are not available, we have a local maintenance and housekeeping service available to help.
