Super cute little house. Patios looked bigger in the pics. Second bathroom was a little funky and it smelled like an old house. Beds were comfortable and the fire pit area was nice although we couldn’t use due to a burn ban.

The house was clean for a basic clean but we did notice the vents and fans to have dust piled up. The hot tub could use a good scrub. Overall communication was fast and reliable! Nice place for the use we needed it to be!

The smell should be addressed before you rent out this property. I read the reviews but never thought it would be that bad. We dealt with it by purchasing a fragrant candle so it didn’t ruin our trip completely. Overall the accommodations were adequate for what we needed for the price. The host did respond quickly and check-in, checkout was smooth. I would suggest you have additional linens for use of futon couches if needed. The outdoor areas were great. Enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit area.

The entire house was so cute and clean! We were only able to stay one night but we got the best sleep as well. A major plus, and surprise, was the mini horse and donkey that greeted us (from the other side of the fence) when we pulled in. My daughter loved that! Overall, I would definitely stay here again!

The photos of this space look way better than the actual. We arrived after 7pm on a Sunday night to stay for one night. When we attempted to turn on the gas stove, it would not light and there were no matches available for us to light it the old-fashioned way. Due to our short stay, we did not have the time to request that the stove be fixed. There was no seating for 3 to eat together. The space between the sink and the corner of the shower in the small bathroom was only 1.5 ft wide, so only one of our party could get to the toilet by sliding in sideways. The beds were comfortable enough and the outdoor space was pleasant. Could be a better space if there was a dining area for at least 4 in place of the foosball table. I would not stay here again.

We do offer several areas throughout the cabin for guests to sit, eat, and gather, including both living rooms, the bar area, and the kitchen. There is also plenty of outdoor seating available for guests who would like to enjoy the view and nice weather. Regarding the issue you experienced, we absolutely would have been happy to send someone out around 7 PM to assist you. Unfortunately, we were not made aware of the problem until the following day. We always encourage our guests to reach out to us as soon as an issue arises so we have the opportunity to address it during their stay. We did add an additional bathroom that you were referring to. While it is smaller than the main bathroom, it provides guests with another private space to shower and use the restroom when the main bathroom is occupied. We appreciate your feedback and are always looking for ways to make our guests’ stays as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

My girlfriend and I visited the Wichitas to celebrate our one year anniversary, and we loved our stay here! The donkey and miniature horse were an incredible perk, and the house was clean, and had everything we needed for a cozy overnight stay.

Great location,the sofa in the big room with the TV was small and not comfortable.

It was ok for the price of the property, not a 8/10 rating is just my opinion. We had a fun time and I would stay at this place again for the price and location.
