Location is excellent. House was clean and plenty of towels and toilet paper. Beds were very comfortable. Thank you. Now for some constructive criticism that could make this outstanding. Outside area needs a lot of work and could be very cute. Wouldn’t take much. Shower curtain is something in my opinion that needs to be gone. Can’t help but touch it every time you take a shower. I don’t like this. Need to have a sliding door. Only one fan in one bedroom in a unit without ac. We had to purchase one as it was so hot. Couldn’t sleep. Overall our stay was great and we had a great time in your city. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home

We had a wonderful three night stay on our family vacation! The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable and it had plenty of windows and natural light for a lower level condo. The complex was well maintained, quiet and the location was perfect! Walkable to downtown and all of the restaurants and shops. Check in/check out was very easy and utilized an app that worked well. One thing to be aware of regarding the on-site laundry is that there are time restrictions. The machines will shut off at 9 pm which can make it difficult if you want to do laundry after dinner. My only suggestion for the property would be to open up more of the storage for guest use. The closets and more than half of the drawers had things in them which makes it difficult to unpack for a longer stay. Overall we were very pleased with the property and would recommend anyone to stay here!

Super cute place on a quiet road but right off the main area of town. Walking distance to restaurants and beautiful views. Perfect for our family of four!

Great location and price! Management very responsive with a question/solution. Roku TV service didnt work well, but luckily we were out for the better oart of the day.

Great Find!

Great getaway!

We stayed in the condo for a week. Has all the amenities that you need. Has full size stove and fridge although we did not do any cooking. Comfortable beds and plenty of mirrors for getting ready. Our favorite part was the unit we stayed in had a ground level porch to sit out and enjoy the evening. Location is right off the main road so it is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and good location

The place was perfect for two. Clean, adequately accessorized and a great location close to everything in Town. Easy parking away from the crowds. This is a ground floor unit. Really nice to avoid the stairs. Only one issue - the floor for the unit above is very noisy. You can hear every footstep. It wasn’t the tenants, it’s an old floor.

Ouray Stay

Overall enjoyed the stay. The carpet had pet stains that I wasn't pleased with. The property had no air conditioning which wasn't terrible but I feel that it should have been in the description of the property not in the check in process after it was already paid for. Ceiling fans in the bedroom would help a lot with this and help drown out the squeaky floors from the people upstairs walking around, quite noisy.
