Check in / out was a breeze. The place was a pleasant surprise. Clean (no carpets), no clutter, spacious, plenty of parking. Great sitting outside in the morning sun having breakfast / coffee. Great sitting outside in the afternoon shade.25 minute walk to the London bridge area. Plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, whatever you need (no big box (costco, bj's, sams)).We truly enjoyed ourselves. The Lake Havasu area and weather were a home run.

Modern clean home

We booked this property for July 4th weekend, overall the home was very clean with plenty of parking for 2 boats +. Home was equipped with laundry detergents, coffee, and plenty of towels. Overall this is definitely the nicest and most convenient home we have stayed at in Havasu. Only 5 min to launch ramp as well. We will be booking this home again!!

We loved staying here the bunk beds are queen size super comfy. Master bedroom is super beautiful big shower lol we loved that . Toby was amazing 🤩. We will definitely stay next year or even if they have openings this year . Very lovely home thank you 😊
