The lake house has 5 bedrooms, enough room for multiple families to gather and create memories to last a life time. Three bathrooms. Two separate TV areas so kids can watch their own movie. Each living room has a brand new 65 in smart tv. Large balcony off kitchen that over looks pool. Two bedrooms upstairs and three bedrooms downstairs. Each room has a queen bed. Lots of outside areas to enjoy the sunsets and sunrises. BBQ grill on the balcony. Long driveway gives plenty of boat parking. There is a washer and dryer downstairs, fully stocked kitchen. Games, blankets and extra airbeds.
Pool can be heated.

The property was very well kept and beautiful inside. The pool is absolutely lovely and there were plenty of rooms for all of our guests. The owner is easy to talk to and accommodating to requests. Will stay here again in the future.

Renter Beware of mold in lower bathroom due to poor ventilation. Mushrooms were actually growing on baseboard. Some appliances were very dated and some unusable. Limited cookware and were scratched. Toilets were not cleaned properly before our arrival. Have had no response from Host after notifying of defects.The home is nicely located and in a decent neighborhood. The pool was very nice and was heated. The number of bedrooms was nice and able to accommodate a large number of guests. Large back deck with views. Overall, home is very dated and in need of repairs and updates.

Family vacation

This house was enjoyed by all 12 of us! Plenty of room to enjoy together or privately. Communication with the owner was easy and fast! If we ever travel the 17 hours again this will be the place we stay!

Perfect Family/Friends getaway!

This two story split floor plan worked out amazing for our friends & family! Tho the drive was a little further than we’d like, it was actually perfect and I’m so glad we got the chance to stay at this home! The Pool was a great touch as well!

Lake Havasu Trip

This was the perfect property for our needs. The house is spacious with several separate living areas. Lots of towels and a well stocked kitchen for cooking just about anything. Susanne was very responsive and took care of minor issues quickly. We would definitely return.

Great Vacation Rental

There was so much room in this house with many spots to gather: inside, upstairs, downstairs, outside, deck, and poolside. There were 10 of us and we all had plenty of room. We enjoyed the beautiful heated pool a couple days even though the weather wasn't great. The house is tastefully decorated and we appreciated the amount of plates, silverware and large pots and pans to prepare our meals. Suzanne responded quickly and was very helpful. We enjoyed all of the games (I think we played all but 2 of them) and the large tv to hook our switch up to. We appreciated the pool toys and the neighborhood was great. We would definitely stay at Susanne's property again.

We enjoyed our time at Suzanne's home. There was plenty of room for everyone and the house was well stocked with the essentials. The beautiful backyard & pool were a nice bonus!! Suzanne was a pleasure to deal with.

Great Lake house

This house was perfect just what we wanted. Only thing is check out is 10a not 11 like it is listed here. But she was nice enough to allow us to leave by 11. Another thing the restroom upstairs runs out of hot water just be cautious of that, but the restroom downstairs was always hot. It was exactly what we wanted! Thank you again!

Great house for families

This house was great! It had a ton of space for sleeping and hanging out. It’s very close to the lake and other amenities. The house was fully stocked with kitchen appliances, cooking utensils, games and even some baby items. It was very hot in the area when we stayed here but the air conditionings worked great and kept the whole house cool. The host was very responsive with any questions I had.

We are a family of 6. We love vacationing at Lake Havasu so we decided to buy us our very own lake house. We are excited to rent our house to others and let them enjoy the beauty of Lake Havasu. We have 4 teenagers and are always on the go. We love to wake surf on the lake and of course pull the kids on the tube. My new favorite thing about Havasu is the sunsets, and the balcony is the perfect spot to sit and have a glass of wine as the sun goes down.
