Home is recently remodeled with new floors, new appliances and new furniture, laminate floors throughout, very clean. the master and one guest bedroom have new king size beds and the third has a queen size bed. new front load washer and dryer are available in the garage as well. pool and built in gas grill and patio furniture in the covered patio area. lots of parking for cars, boats or RV's if needed, house is air conditioned

Great Home

A great house for our extended weekend in Havasu. This house had everything we needed to feel at home. Space for our boat to park and a pool was what we were looking for most. Conveniently located and nice neighbors. Communication with owners was amazing.

All expectations meet! Home was as described and wonderful! The home is so cute and cozy, the pool was always a refreshing time. Close to Rotary Park which is where we like to float during the day. Loved the location! Would definitely recommend and we would love to stay again! ☺️☀️

Excellent stay!

This home was an absolute perfect place to spend this weekend with friends and celebrate my boyfriends 30th birthday. The location is amazing. Close to stores, the river and everything we needed. It was a short drive to London Bridge and we could have walked if we wanted to. The home was beautiful, very clean and well equipped with everything we needed for the weekend. The backyard was delightful! We spent most of our time in the pool and barbecuing. I would highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a weekend getaway with friends or family. I will definitely be returning next time we come to Havasu! I couldn’t have asked for a better home to stay in.

We enjoyed our time at this house it was a great location the house is small but very cute and comfortable worked perfect for us the pool was perfect for the kiddos and the beds were very comfy! Definitely would love to stay here again.

Perfect for our trip

This property was perfect for our short vacation. The pool was very nice because it was very hot. We felt so comfortable and it was very close to the bridge and great restaurants. We also cooked some meals at the house which was great and there were grocery stores close by. Highly recommended property!

Nice but a little noisy

The property met our needs. Due to the proximity to the hospital, there were noises heard at all hours day and night. It was particularly busy with helicopter traffic but not overly annoying, it fact it was a little interesting

Hidden surprise

They don't tell you about the hellocopter pad for the hospital in the backyard and them landing multiple times in the middle of the night.

Sorry for the inconvenience the close proximity of the hospital caused you, we haven’t mentioned the helicopter on our listing in the past, mainly because it hasn’t been an issue before (see previous reviews) the helicopter pad is at least a hundred yards away, and clearly beyond our control, as people don’t always have their medical emergencies at convenient times.

Great Stay!

Celebrated our 40 wedding anniversary in Lake Havasu and this home was outstanding. The house was well appointed and very relaxing. The covered patio with large swimming pool was a bonus. We'll definitely consider staying here again.

Great home with everything we needed.

This is a very nice home in a great location. I rented this home with my wife and 4 kids. There was plenty of space. We all loved coming home to the pool after a long day at the lake. The lake was only about a mile away. Windsor beach and London bridge beach were great for the kids. The beds were really comfortable and it was nice to watch movies on those days when we got a little too much sun. The owners were very quick to answer any questions we had.

We are from long beach, california, we love all kinds of outdoor activities, and purchased this home with the intention of ultimately retiring here, Troy is a manager at a Lowes home improvement store, and Deborah is a property manager.

Why they chose this property

We love Arizona, love the weather, the people and of course the lake! we have a small boat and enjoy using it whenever we can, have made a lot of life long good friends in havasu, and have worked hard on making our home there a special place for our family and friends to enjoy with us.

What makes this property unique

the house is close to everything, the lake is very close, shopping, stores, resturarants, bars, etc, our neighbors are fantastic, and also clearly take pride in their homes as well, you can get a nice view of the lake from the front yard, and be at the boat launches in minutes
