Very nice apartment completely renovated, superbly equipped and tastefully decorated in a magnificent secure residence on the heights of Les Issambres, on the road to the Col de Bougnon 2 KM from the sea, right next to Sainte-Maxime (7Km) and its 18-hole golf course. Very well laid out, it comprises, 1 single bedroom with double bed with wardrobe, a cabin bedroom with bunk beds for two people, (completely redone) a sofa bed for two people in the living room, a bathroom with walk-in shower completely renovated, a toilet, a well-equipped American kitchen, a beautiful living room, dining room, a superb south-facing terrace with sea view and the bay of St Tropez. During your stay you can enjoy, being on the heights and not overlooked, an impressive view of the mountains of Issambres with its beautiful vegetation and its magnificent villas, as well as the open sea and the bay of St Tropez. The new landscaped swimming pools are at your disposal also offering a breathtaking view of the sea. You will be 2 km from the beach, 2.4 km from the port of Les Issambres from where you can take a shuttle bus dropping you directly off at the port of St Tropez and 2.8 km from the centre of Les Issambres and its shops.
Reception and departure conditions sent one week before rental.
A security deposit of €500 will be requested and returned after checking the inventory of fixtures

Appartement très agréable, très bien équipé et très propre. La piscine dans la résidence est vraiment agréable et très grande avec également un bassin aquatique adapté aux tous petits. La vue sur la mer depuis la terrasse est magnifique et la place de parking réservée est un vrai plus. L'hôte (Denis) est très sympathique. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Eine liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung, obwohl klein ist sie ausreichend für 4 Personen. Ein toller Blick von der Terrasse. Der Pool ist wunderbar. Die gesamte Anlage ist sauber und ruhig.
