Why they chose this property
Capitola is an amazing little town. It's the perfect mix of relaxation & fun for our family & friends on the beautiful California coast. When in Capitola, we love boogie boarding, hanging at the beach, sailing, kayaking, wine tasting, shopping, enjoying food from one of the many great restaurants nearby or just barbecuing with family & friends on the private riverside dock! Ocean, sun, surf & fun! Even in the winter months, it's great to get away for a weekend or two. August & October are our favorite months here but anytime is great for ocean, sun, surf & fun!

Since this is one of only a few vacation homes on the river side of Riverview--it offers direct access to Soquel Creek via a private dock/deck. Relax & unwind, feed the ducks, do yoga or watch the kayakers & paddleboarders from the privacy of your own dock. There's an amazing semi-secret pathway that leads you right to the beach & Village for great food, wine tasting, fishing at the wharf or a picnic. The Pacific Ocean is literally just steps away!
