Home was clean despite driving up and felt disappointed with outside appearance in that it looked rundown a bit. Overall it was cozy and just enough space for our family. They were very quick in responding to my questions throughout.

Accommodated all 12 of us easily!! Plenty of room to move around. Pool was a nice size and perfect for the kids to play at all hours of the day! The AC was cold! Take an extra blanket!

Norma, thanks so much for the 5-star review! So glad the space worked for all 12 of you and that the pool was perfect for the kids. Great tip about the extra blanket — we have spares and I’ll make sure they’re easier to find for future guests. Happy the AC kept you cool. Safe travels and hope to welcome you back!

The interior of the home was very nice, beautiful decor, clean bedrooms. Spacious, The outside of the home needs a major paint job, Very rusted, Not curve appeal at all. Nothing like the pictures. Also there was some trash on the side of the home and the outdoor grills were in terrible shape and very dirty.

Thanks for taking the time to review 1300 Eleventh St. Glad the interior, decor, and bedrooms worked well and that the space felt roomy and clean. I’m sorry the exterior, grills, and side area fell short of expectations. We take comments like this seriously — we’ve passed your notes to our local team to schedule a cleanup, deep clean/replace the grills as needed, and assess the exterior paint and curb appeal. We’ll also review the listing photos to make sure they accurately represent the property. Appreciate the honest feedback — thanks again.

There were no issues with the property that couldn’t be resolved. I just think it needs to be updated a little bit and the cleaning person needs to do a little better.

Our family stayed for spring break weekend and it was the perfect spot

The home was very clean and they had everything we needed the only thing is that the house had a musty smell to it upstairs and downstairs. We had buy candles so the house could smell, other then that we had great time.

Great location, perfect for my family!

Our stay was perfect for my family, especially for our toddlers. The place had everything we needed. While the grills weren't the best, the house's location was ideal for eating out, being super close to restaurants and convenience stores, and not too far from the beach. We visited during the predicted arrival of Hurricane Beryl, but the owner stayed in communication the whole time and promptly fixed any issues that occurred. Highly recommended!

Birthday/ family day

It was amazing and so relaxing. The upstairs was great and lots of places to seat. It was clean, and the pool area was so inviting. The only thing was that the downstairs had a mildew smell. We opened some windows and it helped a little.

Weekend stay

The stay was great. Location is an easy walk to beach and easy to local stores. Only dislike was the alarm system on back door. Understand why is because of safety for the pool. Still seems there would be a better way as it was extremely annoying. Pleanty of parking and great layout.

Back to school beach trip

The property accommodates a large group; however the property needs a thorough cleaning/disinfecting and some pest control for water bugs. The mold smell in the downstairs part of the home was unbearable.
