Kurzurlaub in Gerardmer

Für ein langes Wochenende haben wir das Objekt mit vier Erwachsenen gemietet. Das Haus ist neuwertig und ist sehr schön gelegen, gut ausgestattet für kurze Aufenthalte. Sauberkeit war in Ordnung nur sämtliche Lüftungsgitter sehr verschmutzt, deshalb nur 4 Sterne. Der Checkin gestaltete sich schwierig da entgegen der Annonce nur französisch gesprochen wurde und der Schlüssel erst beim Eigentümer abgeholt werden sollte (6,5 km vom Mietobjekt entfernt) aber dann ein Mitarbeiter am Haus den den Schlüssel hatte. Aus der Annonce ging auch nicht hervor, dass die Endreinigung 150€ beträgt, erst nach Buchung wurde uns dieser Betrag mitgeteilt. Eine Anreise nach 17Uhr nochmal 30€ extra. Deutsches TV auch nur gegen Endgeld.
