With an unbeatable oceanfront location and multiple resort amenities, you'll never want to leave! Small but practical, let this be your place to rest your feet after days and days of fun.

Your reservation includes buffet breakfast for two guests at Magnolia’s at 26th. Tickets are valid only on the date issued. ***Extra breakfasts are available for $10 + tax*** just a short walk from the hotel. Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. You will enjoy free Blockbuster rentals during your stay. Also check out the Snack Shack located on the 1st floor of the registration building.

All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites.

Could be better

Let's begin by saying it is not horrible. The included amenities make this place a bargain for sure. Everything to make a vacation great is included. Multiple pools, excellent breakfast, and complimentary attraction tickets are some of the highlights. None of the shorting-comings ruined our fun. The main issue is the lack of attention to detail with maintenance and cleaning, i.e. mold on back of chair and light shade in room, pool water not overly clean. The a/c unit struggled to keep the room cool. This lead to moisture issues which meant towels and such never dried out from day to day. Issues were brought to the front desk. Minimal effort was put forth to really fix any issue. Even with all this the odds would be favorable of us staying here again. So much potential for a 5 star review.

Great Location

I like the place so much. Room was clean it has a small kitchen. ocean view was beautiful and the resort is oceanfront . breakfast from Magnolia restaurant as delicious and it is just a small walk from the resort. Area full of restaurants. the only thing that the hot tap was full of insects but they fixed it next day. I would like to return back to he same place.

A really enjoyable getaway location.

The Carolinian at the Beach in Myrtle Beach is an efficiently operated, oceanfront condo facility. Very clean and nicely maintained with super friendly and helpful staff. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back for a second visit….in fact I will later this year. Thank you Carolinian for a very nice vacation!

Everything in the room was nice the bathroom could use more upkeep and update the shower head for a stronger water output. The only other complaint I have is the checkout time is to early it should be at 11am or 12pm at least so guest have more time to stay if needed for the price we are charged per night its the least this hotel could do for its patrons.

Great Location

This is our 2nd time staying at the Carolinian to attend Run to the Sun Car Show. The location is perfect to walk to the event. The cost of staying here is a little high since there is no daily housekeeping due to COVID. I feel the price should be adjusted for self service of fresh towels, TP, etc…

The room was “moderately” clean when we arrived and our bathroom sink didn’t drain. Only one elevator was in working order when we arrived. Waited 25 mins to get to our room. The second elevator worked for less than a day. Our room keys wouldn’t work one day. The front desk made new ones. They didn’t work either. Waited and waited for the one elevator to go to the desk twice. Of course, no service was provided during our stay. Used towels and garbage were placed in the hallway. The only plus to this room was the view of the ocean and pools.

Great stay!

The staff were friendly and helpful and took care of anything we needed. Our room was perfect and offered awesome views of the beach. The location is great and close to most of the attractions and restaurants we wanted to go to. All around great time! Thanks!

Sleepcation

Amazing time with 3 days of magnificent sleep. Woke up to beautiful views, with waves lulling me to sleep. Clean, very firm beds so if you need soft beds bring a mattress topper. I brought my own comforter and pillows so I slept wonderfully. Go in the middle of the week its less noisy. I will most definitely be back again and again.
