Stunning views from 6th flr balcony, open spacious room, and really nice hotel and pools. Can’t beat the location, and even Krispy Kreme was a pleasant walk for a Myrtle Beach morning treat! We’d definitely stay here again

We picked this hotel as a quick stay when our flight got cancelled. The room smelled. The front desk ladies were not pleasant. The room was dirty. I had to keep the balcony door open all night for fresh air. Nope, ever again.

Bad bad Hotelroom
If i could i would give a 0 star rate. Room 0628 is really Bad, carpet smells so bad, toilet was not stable, dirty furniture. The hote itself not a bad place BUT at leas room 628 was very bad. We had to buy 5 air fresheners to make the smell go away but still didnt work. Choose a room with title floor NOT carpet and you should be fine.

The check in process through Vacasa was terrible. Sent text-no response, used given email - no response, called 3 times with the first being cut off, the second telling me she had to talk to her manager and would call back in 10-20 minutes. Never called. After an hour waiting called again with answer saying go into the property to get access code where their communication said it would be sent to me. Also was told the person who was to call back had left for the day. I asked the 3rd person that Vacasa should do something to compensate me and I wanted to speak with a manager. Call got cut off
Getting to the room, air conditioner was noisy and refrigerator ran constantly and never really got cold. Also floors were wet and sticky. Told property people who had someone reclean the floors but nothing done to air conditioner or refrigerator.
The property is every run down and no way looked like the posted pictures

Don't stay at Patricia Grand!!! Run..Keep going .
First of all i think the place once was beautiful. Breakfast was ok .not many choices . I stayed in room 628..I saw a roach on the door waiting like he was ready to go to the beach .I took pictures and sent to the contact person ..no concerned .The refrigerator was extremely noisy we couldn't sleep.room was sooo stink .smell like the carpet was old and wet from rain (mildew foul smell )it almost made me puke from the horrible smell.part of the ceiling in the right corner is peeling from the rain .the carpet was wet in the corner from the bad weather that happen while being there ..it was awful..I reported all of this to the contact person nothing happen ..nothing .not even a phone call...only a lousy apology which only made things worse ..not once did they send anyone to the room..they don't take care of their customers at least we wasn't taken cared of..I stayed away from the check in desk. They were so very unfriendly ..not even a smile..no nothing ..I never ever would recommend anyone to stay there ..when it rain you better run for cover it rain inside of the rooms n the middle of the middle .I stood there and watch the rain coming inside the open way. .my friend stayed in room 618 .their clothes were wet from rain in the room .they had to wear wet clothes..it was awful..they reported it to front desk and they had the adacity to send someone to their room to put towels in front of their door to stop the rain from coming in the room .how awful..they were furious .room 934 the bathtub drain slow and carpet was wet from the rain .that old building need a lot of work .I wouldn't trust it...we were all very disappointed during our stay .but never again ..bring your own towels theirs are very dingy ...not worth using ...these are all true facts ..I stayed there August 18 to August 21. Couldn't wait to leave that nasty room...please think about it before you pay your money .they can care less about you once that money is in their hands ..

It’s the pets for me
They had bm in floor by elevators and too many animals .. AC and fridge barely work and it hasn’t even gotten hot outside. Carpet and furniture was old and ragged .. hot water made a horrible sound .. I didn’t like being there

Dog friendly and right on the beach. Very convenient. The pool area is always kept up and clean. The room was not cleaned well upon arriving. Need to call to have it vacuumed. It could use updating.

The room curtains smelled, torn and dirty!
Had to leave open the whole time to try and be in denial if the situation!
The glass wear so dirty couldn’t see through it and needed washed two times to clean.
The microwave and stove ,door handles dirty , shower floor dirty
No dust pan
Had to clean the room immediately once we arrived once we purchased spray bleach.
The ocean view was amazing
Bed comfortable
Hard to close the bathroom door once sitting on toilet due to no space
Dogs barking in rooms all around us.

Nice Place for a Quick Visit
Check-in was quick and easy. Plenty of parking in the garage across the street and it wasn't difficult to cross the street walking. Great location on the beach, view was wonderful and the condo itself was sufficient for our quick visit.
I was dissapointed in the state of the carpet, definitely needs replaced as well as the curtains. Both were very outdated. We did experience a foul spell coming from the bathroom on occasions. It literally slapped you in the face. We discovered that if you turned on the exhaust fan the smell wasn't as bad. We were only there for 2 nights so we tolerated it and went on our way.
I would most likely stay again for a short visit as the approximatity to the beach and price were well worth it. I would just suggest the owners put some money into up dating the condo.

Mom's Weekend
We rented the two bedroom with small kitchen. The hotel is dated and still needs repairs. It was cleaned and had a great view of the beach and pool. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were just old carpet, doors, etc... but very safe and clean

Great place to stay!
We had a wonderful stay at the PG 628. The pools are great and even 1.5 ft for little ones! Room was clean just as viewed in the pics!

Very disappointed with my stay at Patricia grand
The room was filthy. Seems like the room was not cleaned after previous guest. Refrigerator and sink rusty. Carpets filthy. Thick dust on headboard. No rags in the room upon arrival. The list goes on and on. For the price, I expected better. The patio was the cleanest part of the room. Will not be returning to Patricia Grand.
