Beautiful Villa

We had an excellent stay at the Villa! Great house with a lot of space for two families. Good location when you have a car - lots of activities nearby. Only minus for us and the children was that pool was a bit cold.

Bonjour Marinne, Je suis heureuse de lire que vous avez passé de bonnes vacances dans notre villa et serons ravi de vous accueillir à nouveau. je suis désolée d'apprendre que l'eau de la piscine était un peu fraîche. En effet nous ne chauffons pas la piscine en Juin car elle est en principe à plus de 28° Cette année la météo était mauvaise avant votre arrivée ce qui explique la température de l'eau. Vous auriez du nous le signaler nous aurions pu exceptionnellement la chauffer un peu pour vos enfants Merci beaucoup pour votre appréciation Bien à vous Nathalie Hello Marinne, I am happy to read that you had a good holiday in our villa and will be happy to welcome you again. I’m sorry to learn that the pool water was a bit cold, we don’t heat the pool in June because it is naturally more than 25° the weather was bad before your arrival which espliques the water temperature. I would like to thank Nathalie (villa owner) and Cindy (housekeeper) for a most enjoyable holiday in this wonderful villa. The house is situated in a quiet location, with a beautifully maintained garden and pool, which provided for a very relaxing experience.The villa is very modern and the kitchen is very well equiped.The villa was meticulously presented for our arrival, along with some welcome gifts. The check-in and checkout communications were fast and efficient.Thank you Nathalie and Cindy for making our holiday a lovely experience.

brilliant villa

The property is fantastic, very modern and with a great sized pool. We stayed for 2 weeks in July 2023 and would definitely return. Nathalie and Julie were both very nice and ensured we had everything we needed. 10/10

Concernant vos remarques, il est important de préciser que vous avez demandé à entrer à 14H, alors que l'heure prévue était 17H. L'équipe n'a donc pas eu le temps de finaliser le ménage comme prévu. Dès votre signalement, nous avons proposé le retour immédiat de la femme de ménage ainsi qu'un ménage intermédiaire gratuit durant votre séjour, proposition que vous avez refusées Nous tenons également à rappeler que la villa est parfaitement entretenue, un paysagiste passe tous les 15 jours et un pisciniste assure l'entretien de la piscine deux fois par semaine Nous faisons le maximum pour pour garantir à nos voyageurs confort et qualité de séjour Bien cordialement Nathalie MARTI
