One of a kind beautiful bungalow located on the Prosperity side of Lake Murray. This captivating property has it's own private boat ramp and dock, however for larger boats, the Dreher Island boat ramp is less than half a mile away. Enjoy the majestic views of Lake Murray from the living room, the kitchen, or the super quiet screened deck. Deepwater year-round, and Amazing fishing right off the dock. Open concept kitchen and living room, and plenty of parking space. Kayak and charcoal grill available!

The house was nice and right on the water. Everything was clean and fresh upon arrival. The host answered quickly and were very kind. It is pet friendly, which is a plus. My pup loved the location and easy access to the water. Loved the area and would recommend the house to anyone!

Property is gorgeous! The home is a basic lakehouse that is very well maintained and more spacious than I imagined. The home also had everything we needed and loved having plenty towels & pillows. The enclosed porch was definitely one of my favorite areas.

We chose this property due to the proximity to the lake and the ease of launching our boat. The dock was nice and the fishing was good. The house was clean, the bed was comfortable, and communication with the host was excellent. I was also able to use the washer/dryer. We enjoyed our stay and will return.

This place is awesome, and great for a dog that loves the lake!

We loved our stay, and would love to come back and stay again! We had everything we needed, communication with owner was fast also. Great location, Martins landing is right out of the river from the house.
