Exterior amenities include outside shower, permanent grill, screen porch, sun deck, floating dock & beautiful views of the Intracoastal Waterway. This home is strictly a ***NON SMOKING*** & ***NO PETS*** home. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING.

Great spot. Would definitely return.

Great spot. Would definitely return. It's time for some exterior maintenance though. Some torn screens, both porch doors need attention. I would mention the dock and walkway, but there was a guy there looking over it, so hopefully they follow through with repairs. Inside was great, good setup. A couple of barstools for the bar would be perfect.
