Spend a fun-filled day by the ocean, or explore the fantastic cafes, restaurants, and attractions nearby. Then return home to sip iced tea on your screened porch.
LIVING AREA
Serving as the social hub of the home, the open living area includes a queen sleeper sofa, a love seat, and a sitting nook for two. Get cozy and watch a movie on the 32' TV with a DVD player.
KITCHEN & DINING
A fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to whip up tasty home-cooked meals. Helpful kitchen gadgets include a blender, toaster, and coffee maker.

Between the sleeper sofa and five bedrooms, this two-story home accommodates up to 13.
On the second floor, the master bedroom features a full-size bed, a couch, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Two more bedrooms are connected via a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. One of these is furnished with a queen bed and an armchair, while the other has a twin-over-twin bunk bed and an additional twin bed.
Downstairs, two guest bedrooms located off the garage offer separate exterior entrances. Connected via a bathroom with a tub/shower combination, one provides a pair of twin beds and the other is configured with a full-size bed and a flat screen TV.
OUTDOOR AREAS
After a sun-kissed day at the beach, head to the large screened porch and kick back in a rocking chair. Or host a family cookout and enjoy dining al fresco at the picnic table.
A front deck with chairs for four and a loft area with seating for two create even more space to spend time together. You'll also find a covered patio with a charming swing and bench and a beautiful backyard -- perfect for tossing around a Frisbee.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
