Ken actually met us there toensure we got in OK. The place was sparkling clean, and centrally located to anything and everything we wanted to do The neighborhood is super quiet and there is a nice deck out back to relax in the morning with coffee or the cool evenings. We would definitely stay here again!
clean well laid out house. Upstairs and downstairs access interior with spiral staircase exterior with large easily walked pathway. All comfortable beds, dishwasher laundry machines, refrigerator freezer all functioned well oven and microwave all function well.
Very nice location with a quiet street and easy walk to restaurants and trails and a short drive to the sites we were most interested in! Inside the property, the decor was nice and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen was missing a few things we would have liked to have and there was a little bit of pet hair on the furniture.
This property was nice with a great location. The only reason I have rated it as 4 stars overall is that we experienced a foul (sewage like) odor the first 2 nights we stayed there. The smell started after we turned the heat on, and lasted for about an hour. We texted the property owner and would hear from him the following morning. It seemed to go away by our 3rd night. Overall, the place was nice, clean, and close to just about anything you would want to see in the area.

Mark,
The prior guest who had left that day or the guest that immediately checked in after you did not smell anything. Mark the guest texted me late the first night and I called him by 9 am the next morning and went to the house that day. I am local. Smelled NOTHING even when I turned heat on. Tried to get my HVAC guy there that day to no avail. The furnace is inspected and serviced annually. The next day the guest contacted me again but he said do not come over again even though I offed.
We enjoyed our stay at the Hill House! Very clean, great location. We needed to change our dates and Ken was quick to assist and answer any questions we had. Would stay again!
House was well-kept and clean. Ken provided towels and additional supplies mid-stay and communicated well. House location excellent for exploring all areas of the Black Hills. Highly recommend.
Very clean, perfect for 2 couples with the upstairs and downstairs bedrooms and baths and living areas. Ken was super helpful and came over to help us with parking when we checked in. We had 2 big rigs with trailers and were able to park in front of the home on the quiet, safe street. Would stay here again.
We loved the location of this property. It was super convenient to all the area has to offer and only minutes from town. Plus, the house is decorated well and was super clean. We also enjoyed watching the deer meander through the neighborhood each day. The host is very friendly, easy to communicate with, and provided good information about what to do in the area. Great property and host!
Location was perfect. Very clean and beautiful. Beds were very comfortable. Owner was very quick to respond and very nice. Area was beautiful and food was good. Best vacation so far.
