Idyllic Granby Cabin:Ski Nearby!

We respectfully disagree with many of the concerns raised by this guest, as they appear to reflect expectations that are not realistic for a mountain cabin rental. Our property is intentionally maintained with natural mountain landscaping rather than manicured suburban-style grounds. As with any cabin located in a wooded mountain environment, occasional insects, spider webs, and other elements of nature are to be expected. When the guest reported concerns regarding cleanliness, our cleaning team responded immediately and thoroughly documented the condition of the cabin with photographs. The photos showed no evidence of bugs or spider webs inside the home. Despite this, the guest continued to raise numerous complaints, many of which appeared subjective in nature, including concerns about the white storage bin on the porch and the size of the salad bowl provided in the kitchen. The porch bin is intentionally placed there to store ice melt for guest safety during winter weather, and the salad bowl provided is oversized and designed to accommodate large family meals. Although we believed many of the complaints were unfounded, we made every reasonable effort to address the guest's concerns and ensure a positive stay. We provided complimentary early check-in, supplied additional silverware and extra laundry pods upon request, and sent our cleaning team to the property on two separate occasions during the stay, in addition to the cleaning and inspection completed immediately prior
