Want to be on the water and yet close to shopping, bike trail, gyms? Renovated, stylish condo at Dolphin Pointe (yes, with dolphins) on a quiet side street off the causeway to Honeymoon Island State Park. Honeymoon Island State Park is minutes away and a pass to the park is included.
Great place to stay while building, renovating or if you are a traveling medical professional. Condo is on the top floor of a 3-story complex with two elevators. Bedroom has king bed and walk-in closet. Open concept living room, private balcony, hide-a-bed couch, and dining area. Fully equipped kitchen and stainless-steel appliances. Bath has a new walk-in shower and large vanity. Lovely dock and pool. Beautiful views of sunsets on St. Joseph's Sound. Two kayaks that come with the condo. Gazebo with gas grill and picnic table.
Up front requirement includes the first and last month rent, damage deposit, cleaning fee, Florida tourist tax payment. The Dolphin Point Condo Association requires an application fee and background check. We prefer to meet potential renters either in person or through Zoom.
