About the host
Hosted by Beverly Heise
This is our home in the winter. We bike the Pinellas Trail, swim in the pool and ocean, walk on the Dunedin Causeway and kayak in Sr. Joseph's Sound. In the summer we live in Vermont on a small lake. Living on the water brings joy to our lives. We are retired and feel lucky to be snowbirds and share our beautiful condo with tenants in the summer.
Why they chose this property
We bought this property in 2016. We had rented here before and came to love the access to Honeymoon Island beaches, the 50 mile bike trail, the heated pool and the ability to store and launch kayaks. Most of all we love the sense of community that exists here. We completely renovated the condo. Our son is a metal sculptor and we have incorporated some of his pieces.
