This property is a one bedroom, one bathroom condominium located on the second floor. It is newly updated which includes a large cozy bedroom, inviting living room, lanai,
kitchen and dining area. One of the things that stood out for me when I purchased this property was how safe and clean the area is. The condominium comes with 2 swimming pools, one heated. Tennis courts, paddle ball courts, fitness center, laundry room, tenant parking space, and grilling areas. Looking for a min 6 month rental.

Peace and Quiet

The apartment was perfect for my needs. There are some areas that need attention for upkeep but all in all it was a nice stay. The AC went out on two occasions - Betsy was on it immediately and had it repaired same day. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, and clean. I felt very safe in the area. I would stay here again. Thank you Betsy!
