Perfect 1Br Near Puyallup. Pool Table and Peaceful Yard

This spacious and clean ADU apartment is located in a secluded area 10 minutes outside Puyallup. Relax around fire pit, shoot pool on the full-size pool table, or enjoy a movie night on the comfy couch with surround sound. No washer or dryer on site.

We will absolutely be available if anything goes wrong with the house (if you run into any issues with the accommodations, let us know immediately!). However, we are not available to accompany guests, drive them around, or act as a concierge. Unfortunately, we just don't have the time.

This house is located in a private, quiet neighborhood. It is about a 10-minute drive from downtown Puyallup. There are steep steps outside north end of home with a railing leading down to the private entrance, please use caution or use path located at the south end of home to gain access to back of home where entrance is.

Great 6 day stay for wedding. Beautiful quiet forest setting with lawn, small waterfall feature. Red sofa bed & bed in bedroom are very comfortable. Propane log fireplace makes for cozy feeling. Hosts are nice & responsive. Super clean. Motel sized fridge, microwave and 4 burner electric cooktop, best for heating ready made or preparing simple fare. Hot tub listed but broken/not available.

The owner who is living above where we stay is a problem. We hear his loud footsteps, he cooked onions and we smelled them and that was bad. His dog barked. The good part was the place was clean.

We put in our listing that if you hear the homeowner upstairs or have concerns to let us know. One quick text to him would have taken care of everything. Typically he travels so isn’t in the home. Guest comfort and satisfaction is our main priority so I’m sad you didn’t give me the opportunity to intervene in real time and waited till after check out to make me aware. I spoke with him after seeing your review and he feels terrible no one notified him.

Everything we needed was there from coffee maker and crockpot to fluffy towels and hot water for showers and dishes. My husband and grandson enjoyed playing pool together and we had seating for us all to play games together. Thanks for a great stay

Nice work stay

This property worked out well for my stay. I was in the area for work for the week. The gym station was great to recover from the flight and gave me something to do besides watch TV on my down time. The pool table was also a nice amenity. I would stay again.

Very pleasant experience

The property is very cozy and clean. The host takes care pretty much of every aspect of guests' needs, providing them with five-star experience, usually not found even in the finest hotels. A Place to Recharge

This property is ideal for the person/people who need a place to recharge. The rooms, patio and water features are Wonderful for people who need calm and quiet to reset their energy. The location is in a quiet neighborhood...for me that means no highway traffic noise, no trains, or sirens. If staying in hotels wears you out, this is a functional, restful property for long stays, which is what this lady needs.

We wish you would have let us know you were getting leaked on. We discovered the hot water tank was leaking after you checked out which caused significant damage ! We have had to rip out the ceiling and have contractors fix the wet Sheetrock. We are quick to respond to guests but can only respond when we are made aware of issues. Spacious and private

This was an amazing find! The ADU and property are beautiful and well maintained! Didn’t get a chance to enjoy them this time, but fun to have options for basketball, fire pit and hot tub! Not to mention a home gym, pool table and tv inside! So great all around. The ceilings are vaulted so my 6’5” husband didn’t feel like we were in a daylight basement. The host was helpful and responsive. Would recommend and hopefully will have another reason to stay here again.
