It is highlighted by an 85" Sony TV in the large family room with accompanying surround sound for a truly theatrical experience. There are also 3 gas fireplaces (master bdr, casita and formal living room) to snuggle up in front of, in addition to the outdoor gas fire pit.

The outdoor patio features a private pool (additional charge for heating), fire pit, built in gas grill and a wondrous mountain view of Apache Peak.
