Escape to the Adirondacks on the shores of serene, two-mile-long Hadlock Pond! This 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom home sits on a full acre of private land with 100 feet of private waterfront and dock.

Cozy up by the indoor fireplace or gather around the outdoor fireplace for evening s'mores and sunset views. Beautifully furnished with authentic Adirondack-style decor, the home offers year-round appeal: swim and boat all summer, then hit the nearby ski mountains come winter.

Swimming & Waterfront
• Our swimming area is truly unique! Just 35 feet off shore sits your own private island (15 ft x 15 ft). Wade out through only 18 inches of water. Water gets deep just beyond the island, making it ideal for boating and floating.

Boat Docking & Rentals:
•Boat can be docked just 5 minutes from the home at Lake Hadlock LLC Campground (small fee applies please contact them for more information at (518) 639-1010).

Boat Rental:
•You can contact Brodie’s Lakeside Marina at 855-525-BOAT (2628) for more boat rental information.

Excellent location for a family get away. A bit small and limited bathrooms for a facility that sleeps 10, but if you have around 6 in your party, this is a fantastic location and facility. Highly recommended.

This property has it all - great location and view, paddleboard, kayaks, great little beach and swimming for kids, a dock for fishing, an awesome outdoor fireplace, and everything you need to just enjoy the lake. Lake living at its best!

Property was a rustic Adirondack cabin overlooking the lake. The house was spacious and provided us the perfect amount of bedrooms for our family of 11. Our grandchildren especially loved playing in the lake which was nice and shallow in front of the property. We used the paddle boat and kayaks every day. It was nice to have life jackets for kids and adults provided in the shed. We also enjoyed fishing daily! We caught lots of bass and some pumpkin seeds right from the dock. The sunsets were spectacular! The home was well stocked with everything we could have needed. The owner was very responsive when we reached out to him during our stay. Highly recommend! We hope to vacation here again next summer.

Everything was great the property had everything we needed and the kids loved the waterfront area and went fishing and swimming everyday day.I would highly recommend this property there was plenty of room for the 10 of us with an upper deck and lower deck to sit outside and enjoy the view. The outside fireplace was great for toasting marshmallows.

Camp Happily Ever After is fantastic! It had plenty of room for our group of 11, and Daniel was a pleasure to work with both before our stay and the one time we needed to reach out during our visit.The entire property was exceptionally clean when we arrived. The outdoor spaces were a highlight, especially the patio with fireplace. We had rain a few evenings, so the covered rain porch was a wonderful surprise and allowed us to continue enjoying the outdoors despite the weather.The swimming area was pretty good. There’s a large section of shallow, knee-deep water that’s perfect for wading, with deeper water for swimming in front of the dock. I would recommend bringing water shoes; while the shallow area has a sandy bottom, there are quite a few small rocks that can catch you off guard, and the lake bottom is slightly mucky. It certainly wasn’t a dealbreaker—we were in the water every sunny day! We also loved using the kayaks and paddle boat. The only other minor thing to note is that although the kitchen is incredibly well stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, and appliances, there isn’t much cabinet or pantry space left for storing groceries. We made it work, but it’s something future guests may want to keep in mind.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this property. Hopefully we can return someday!

Excellent family vacation week!

Our family was very impressed with this home, the location and all that it had to offer. We loved being able to use the kayaks and sit by the water. It was a little on the cool side, so no swimming, but a great place to be anyway!

Great home, right on the water. Well appointed, comfortable and cozy. Everything you need in the kitchen to cook your favorite meals. If cooking isn’t your thing on vacation the location of the home is close enough to great restaurants. Would absolutely rent this home again! Very, very quiet at night.

Our stay at Hadlock Pond

Great Lake House Vacation

Lovely lake house located right on Hadlock Pond in Fort Ann area. Great central air conditioning and WiFi service throughout. Host (Daniel) is friendly and helpful. Home is well stocked with supplies for guests and we loved using the included 3 kayaks and paddle board every day. Very convenient to lots of outdoor activities at local adventure centers too!

Wonderful waterfront

Our grandchildren especially had a wonderful time swimming and kayaking using the kayaks and paddle board. We brought kayaks and floats but discovered the house had them when we arrived. The house was clean and comfortable with plenty of places to sit outside on the deck and dock.

Family getaway

We had a great week on the water! The house had everything we needed. We made use of the kayaks and paddleboard often. But most of the time we just liked to all float in the water together or hang out on the dock! Plenty of space inside and out for our group of 11 (mostly adults). Daniel was great to work with and we all said it was our best place yet!

This is a lovely place. Literally nothing was missing. Had everything we needed and more. Family trip with ages from 9 months to 63 and everyone was comfortable. There are a lot of rocks in the swimming area, so brig water shoes, but a lovely place to spend time in the water and shallow for the kids. Host was super communicative and helpful with our questions. My only complaint is that there is very little storage space in the kitchen which made it a bit cramped. Overall a great week and beautiful place!

Fort Ann/Lake George Vacation Home

Our family absolutely loved this vacation home! We are a family of 7 adults and 2 teens. The home was clean and equipped with everything we needed/wanted. The owner was very responsive to our questions prior to our check-in. The waterfront property was great as well, including kayaks, paddle board and peddle boat for our use and a beautiful boat dock with many chairs. This was one of our family's best vacation spots and we look forward to being able to revisit this property in the future!
