I appreciate how fast Jim got back to me with answers to any questions. The view from the house was wonderful. The family had a great time despite how outdated & dirty the house was. Some pieces of furniture the stuffing was popping out. The railing outside leading to downstairs was an accident waiting to happen. Toes were stubbed on the pavement on the back deck. Do not go anywhere near the diving board is extremely unsafe. We will not be a return renter for this house.

The house needs a lot of updating. The overall condition of the house was filthy . Carpeting was stained, dirty and gross.
Living room furniture is broken and has been worn down for years.
The cupboards in both kitchens were just gross. Open, exposed wires in the closet of upstairs kitchen.
The “diving board” on the pier is held on by one screw and not usable. That’s an accident waiting to happen.
I would NOT recommend this house to anyone unless there is a lot of work done inside and out.
We enjoyed our stay, there was enough room to spread out with out being on top of each other. The property is outdated but clean. Could use some updates on the air conditioners and 2 window units in two of the bedrooms were just not sufficient. 1 tv in the upstairs living room and nothing down stairs in the large family room is not enough for large families. The cement pier off the back of the home although old and cracked provided us ample room to sunbathe, fish and play with our pup in the water. We made due with what was provided, lost power during a storm Jim came right over and set up a generator for lights.
