This is the island getaway you've been looking for! This 2 bedroom, 2 bath ocean front villa sleeps 6 and is in the perfect Seabrook Island location. It is close to all Seabrook's finest amenities - Beach Club with ocean front pools, Pelican's Nest dining, Island House restaurants, and Seabrook's two golf courses to mention a few. You are just steps away from the most incredible 3.5 miles of unspoiled beach you will find anywhere.

The most popular feature of this villa is the open deck with incredible views that span the ocean and the club. A pair of chaise lounge chairs and high top dining table with seating for 4 provide ample outdoor living options. Watch as dolphins and pelicans frolic in the gentle surf.

This Atrium Villa has an inviting open floor plan with ocean views visible from multiple sliding doors leading to the deck. Upon entering, the fully stocked kitchen has granite counter tops, custom walnut cabinets and stainless appliances. There is counter height seating for 6. A 42" wall mounted HDTV with cable and Netflix for your viewing.

The master bedroom is on the left with queen bed, 28" HDTV, and en-suite bath. The master bath has a single vanity and tub/shower combination. On the right side of the property is the guest bedroom with 2 queen beds with en-suite bath, TV and sliding doors to the deck. This bathroom has a single vanity and walk in tiled shower and hair dryer. A washer/dryer is also available in the unit for your convenience.

Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 2
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

We had an awesome time at this Villa. The view from the balcony is gorgeous and the pool and beach are in the front yard. Only recommendation would be a replacement of the queen bed in the master bedroom with a king size:)

The villa is conveniently located just steps from the beach, pool and Pelican Nest restaurant. The home was clean, bright and comfortable and the view from the patio was fantastic. Unfortunately the Island House restaurants were closed during our stay there, but there were fun restaurants in the nearby Marina and Freshfields Village. We enjoyed our stay!

Absolutely LOVED it!

Location, location, location was PERFECTION!! The condo itself was beautiful, had everything we wanted. Extra towels, and amenities. Comfortable beds, super clean. Overall loved and can not wait to go back again!! Only tiny thing that would have been nice is if there was a TV in the other bedroom.

Nice condo and deck. A bit small for four adults. Note the pool across the street is an additional $40/day. Also to get beach access you need to walk down the street about quarter mile. Some parking and it fills up fast. Beautiful beach with added benefit that dogs can be off leach after 5. Pool was nice with lots of shade

Location of property is perfect. Condo is not adequately being maintained. Screen doors are torn or not even attached, counter ice maker is full of mold, air conditioning vents are filthy, dresser furniture very cheap, shower curtain does not stay on curtain rings, balcony full of old beach toys and rusted out umbrellas and interior could use a fresh coat of paint. With that said, it is adequate for a quick stay, just don't expect much.

Great location, property could use some work

Overall, the location and Seabrook Island was great. Communication and check-in/ check-out process was easy. However, the condo was dirty. Floors were horribly sticky and grimy, you need socks/ sandals / slippers at all times. There was a horrible odor from the kitchen sink (disposal?), we cleaned ourselves and the smell improved. Bathroom floors were very visibly dirty. There was dog hair all over the couch and chair. Only other comment on location is the closest boardwalk to the beach is a 0.5 mile walk. The boardwalk closest is closed for ?construction.
