I stayed here for 5 days, housekeeping not included but the surrounding area was immaculate. The staff was somewhat helpful ( not always friendly) beach view was great. The pool area was very crowed, as a result I found it hard to get service. However my biggest complaint were the charges and the way the resorts nickel and dimes you. Drink prices were outrageous ( $35 for a weak rum & coke, beer ~$18) There was a club on site but they charged a cover for the guest. I think that should be included. Dont get me started on food ( $20 for a bowl of oatmeal) and its a little far off the beaten path but there is plenty of transportation nearby ( some of it free). Its beautiful resort just bring your checkbook and transportation.

The resort was perfect for a trip with my teenage son. We went to NBA games at Kaseya Ctr, UMiami football game at Hard Rock, dined on Collins and hung at the hotel for pool/beach. The dining options were terrific and the suite was well equipped

Hose was not honest regarding property location listed on maps. host did not honor their agreement of a late check out time on day of departure, asking me to leave before the agreed upon time. I was unable to get into room in a timely manner due to cleaningpersonnel taking their time with cleaning room and departing.

After 11:30 AM, the hotel contacted us to let us know that the room was still occupied. At that point, we reached out to you simply to confirm whether you had already departed the resort and completed checkout. We received your reply at 1:45 PM confirming that you had checked out. Regarding your comment about the map, we're not entirely sure what you are referring to. The property is accurately listed as being located in the Fontainebleau Miami Beach Sorrento Tower, and all of the location information on our listing is correct. Great Location & view

Was a great location with beautiful view. We enjoyed the beach walk and took the trail on a long walk to South Beach. Great place for a getaway weekend or a few days.
