Logement au rdc dans une ancienne boutique avec vitrine sur rue plutôt calme. Idéal pour un séjour à St Malo sans avoir à utiliser sa voiture (parking gratuit tout proche). St Malo intramuros à 15 min à pied, mer et plage à 2min. Spa et sauna un vrai plus. Procédures d'arrivée très claires. Accepte les animaux.

Sehr gute Lage

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es sind nur wenige Meter bis zu dem Strand. Und der Ort ist sehr nett. Zu Fuß erreicht man viele Restaurants und Cafés. Mit etwas Glück bekommt man in der Nähe ein Parkplatz. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut und der Check in problemlos. Die Lage der zwei Schlafzimmer ist etwas ungewöhnlich: die Fenster sind direkt zum Bürgersteig aber die Passanten können nicht in die Wohnung sehen, da es von außen verspiegelt ist. Besonders gefallen hat uns die kleine Sauna, die sehr gut funktioniert.

Bonne adresse

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille, appartement neuf, très joli design, toutes commodités à disposition, machine Nespresso très appréciée, et le top c’est l’espace salle de bain spa: jacuzzi et sauna, génial après de belles ballades, on se détend. Les commerces sont 2 min à pied ainsi que le marché, Saint Malo intra muros à 10 minutes, plages à proximité.
