In a chalet with 15 apartments, built in 1987, "les Converses" neighborhood, quiet and beautiful view / 2 km from the village / 750 m from the Télémix de l'Etale / 170 m from the Envers ski slope (village access). Shuttle stop 80 m away.
STAY: 13 m2 (PVC floor) a rapido sofa bed (140), storage, closet and wardrobe, television, bay window + door window giving access to a west-facing balcony, green spaces view / neighboring residences / mountain, garden lounge in summer,
BEDROOM: 5 m2, double bed (140), closet, window,
KITCHEN AREA: 2 induction electric plates, refrigerator (50L), mini-oven, dishwasher, all kitchen necessities, coffee maker, kettle, raclette and fondue appliances,
BATHROOM: 3 m2, shower, sink, towel radiator, independent WC (2m2)
Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
