You'll enjoy this very clean, beautiful, and spacious beach condo with one of the best locations in Fort Lauderdale Beach! Almost everything you want and need is within a close proximity including restaurants, supermarket, shopping mall, water taxi, bars/lounges, and more. Some of the fun tourist attractions you can find nearby include The Hard Rock Casino, NSU Art Museum, Butterfly World, Flamingo Gardens, and The Museum of Discovery and Science.

The one bedroom condo has a well-appointed kitchen with granite counter tops, microwave, full size refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, and a complete set of cookware, dinnerware, and utensils. The dining room seats six people. The living room has a TV and DVD player, a sleeper sofa and a murphy bed (shown in pictures). The primary bedroom is spacious with a king size bed, a TV, and a walk-in closet. The primary bathroom has a beautiful granite vanity and a combination shower/tub. There is also a furnished balcony with a view.

Stays may be subject to a resort fee of $75 (subject to change) due at check-in. (This fee is a one-time per week stay, not a nightly fee).

All units are non-smoking. Smoking permitted on balcony or patios.
Units are assigned after booking, in seven night increments. Multiple week stays may be booked, room moves may be required.

Front desk operates 24 hours/day.

No motor homes, trailers, or boats allowed on the property or street.

Packages may be received at the resort for $5 fee.

We do not accept liability for any inconveniences beyond our control including but not limited to temporary defects or outage of utilities, closures of resort amenities, or limitation of any other service. We will not provide refunds, reimbursements, or compensation for inconvenience or interruption of utilities, resort amenities, or any other service.

$75 + tax/per week resort fee due at check-in (one-time per week fee, not a nightly fee).
Unit is assigned prior to arrival. All units are identical but actual view may vary.
Guests may be evicted without refund for noise or nuisance. Maximum Occupancy is 6 people and strictly enforced.

Great property for a fun Florida Vacation!

This place was the PERFECT spot for a laid back beach vacation! It was literally a 3 minute walk to the beach with a handful of great restaurants within walking distance. There is a quick-mart style shop across the street which was perfect for quick groceries, sun-screen, beach essentials, etc. The galleria mall is also within walking distance with every store and higher end restaurants inside. The pool with the poolside bar was also a great addition when wanting a break from the beach. If you are looking for night life, a short Uber to the Fort Lauderdale bars was very convenient. Overall, we would most definitely book this property again due to the nice service and overall great experience!
