The kitchen is open to the living/dining area, it is fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine)

WORK ON THE NEIGHBOURING DEVELOPMENT

We would like to inform you that work is underway to build luxury villas (between €1.5m and €2.8m) on the housing estate next to our neighbourhood.
There is very little noise nuisance, particularly during the 2 summer months (July and August) when activity is reduced.
Read the latest reviews, particularly the one for summer 2025, to get an idea.
Work in the area is stopped from Friday noon to Monday morning.

During the construction period, we have included the cost of heating the swimming pool (€75 per week) in our rates, and we are offering a 30% discount on our "summer 2026" rates for all rentals in July and August 2026 of more than 6 nights.
