This western getaway is away from the hustle and bustle of “city life” with beautiful sunsets and a chance to see the stars in all their glory, but only a few minutes drive from anywhere in Cheyenne. It is a studio apartment with a cozy gas fireplace and kitchenette. There are paved roads right up to your doorstep. I live next door, so I’m available for questions or other things you might need.
This space is designed with absolute comfort and rest in mind. The kitchenette is equipped with the things necessary to make your stay nice and homey.
Long term guests staying more than 2 weeks will need to arrange an additional refundable cleaning deposit or schedule regular cleanings during stay (for an additional cleaning fee)
The swamp cooler is available seasonally, typically between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
The following is a list of what you can expect to find in the unit. Consider it a “starter kit” if you will…. Hopefully it will give you the time you need to procure any additional items you may need. If something on this list is not in the unit, please let us know and we will do our best to get it to you ASAP.
Kitchen: Paper Towels A few regular and decaf Keurig coffee pods Powder creamer Sugar A few complimentary snacks
Depending on type or presence of kitchen: Cooking Oil Salt & Pepper
Bathroom: 2 Extra rolls of Toilet Paper One body towel and washcloth per maximum occupancy Shampoo Conditioner Body Wash
Bedding: Sheets and blanket/quilt for each bed At least one pillow per maximum occupancy
Miscellaneous: All purpose cleaning spray Toilet/sink plunger Toilet Brush Broom/dust pan
There is a grill and picnic table available in warm weather. When the Wyoming wind isn’t blowing, there is a fire pit to enjoy (must double check with me first). You are welcome to visit the barn, but keep in mind, I spend time cleaning the Air BnB NOT the barn.
I don't live on site, but we are available between 7am and 10pm. Call anytime for urgent needs.
Country living is amazing! You won’t believe how incredible the stars are at night! One of our favorite things to do in the summer is sit out and watch the sunsets. They’re beautiful! I love that we have paved roads all the way up to the door. It’s great to be out in the country, yet so close to town.
There is a driveway right up to the door of the unit.
Pets are welcome! I charge $15/night extra, per pet, for a maximum of $150 per stay. This will be charged the day before your arrival. We do ask that you keep all pets off the furniture and keep them crated when you leave the home.
A 6% fee will be charged upon cancellation. Most everything you need to know is in a notebook on the desk.
The swamp cooler works very well, when it is used correctly. A window (either window or the screen door) needs to be open in order for the unit to cool properly. If windows aren't open, it will just become muggy in the apartment.
No smoking (any kind) or vaping on property Please respect quiet hours between 10pm-7am

This is the perfect little studio to rest and recouperate at for a couple days! Away from everything but still an easy ten minute drive into town. Very clean and cute with great ammenities. We would definitely stay here again!
This is a nice, clean, quaint place to stay. We arrived late at night and left around 8 am so didn’t have much time there, but it was overall a good place.
My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this property close to Cheyenne. The sunsets were beautiful as was watching the horses in the backyard. Great stay!
Our stay was a good one. It was quiet (except for the Wyoming wind!) and in a really pretty setting. The kitchen area was a bit hard to use because the plugin for the coffee maker and microwave didn't work. We moved things around and were able to make it work.We appreciated being able to have our dog with us and the bed was very comfortable.

Comfortable and homey, Hostess easy to deal with and very helpful
It is the perfect distance outside of Cheyenne where you don’t feel to far away and could still go into town for a quick bite to eat or shopping. The bed was super comfy, and checkin was super easy.
We had a very peaceful and comfortable stay in Cheyene. The place was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and it was so peaceful! We'd come back here.

We had a couple of minor issues during our stay but Cara was very quick to respond to our requests and got the issues resolved quickly. Overall, our stay was really great.
Great little studio tucked away with great privacy. I strongly recommend this place. My only suggestion is that the host switch out the pillows as they are pretty hard.
Description very accurate. Quiet, peaceful, comfortable bed and nice bathroom and kitchenette. 10 min to downtown Cheyenne. Enjoyed our stay and loved the starry sky at night.
Such a nice place to stay with our dogs. We arrived late after a long day of travel so it was nice to be able to settle in quickly and not worry about our dogd bothering anyone.
Comfy bed.

Disliked: Location, listing accuracy
Room needs a small table for dining and another chair for second person . Bed cover was torn and needs replaced
Early in tourist season and the AC wasnt working, however, the place cooled off quickly so it wasnt really that big of deal. Check in super easy and between GPS and email directions pretty easy to find. Quiet area, although there were more houses than I expected
