What Makes The Pink Shell Special:
☼ Resort Lagoon Pool & Hot Tub – Dive into the largest lagoon pool in the community with zero-entry access, heated in Spring break, Thanksgiving, and Christmas/New Year weeks! Pool is open year-round.
☼ Spacious Sleeping Arrangements – Sleeps up to 16 in beds (max guest count), with 4 king beds, 2 queen beds, a bunk room with a trundle, and 2 twin beds across 6 bedrooms.
☼ Fully Stocked Kitchen – Equipped with a Keurig, drip coffee maker, crockpot, air fryer, blender, and more to satisfy all your cooking needs.
☼ Beach Gear Ready – Includes chairs, a cooler, a wagon, toys, and towels for your seaside adventures.
☼ Kid-Friendly Amenities – Includes 2 pack ’n plays, 2 high chairs, and board games.

Ground Floor: King primary suite with full bathroom.
Second Floor: 1 room with 2 queen beds and another with 1 king bed.
Third Floor: 1 room with a twin bunk bed and a twin trundle, 1 room with a king bed, and 1 room with a king bed.

Additional Amenities:
☼ Gas grill (reimbursement available if you need to refill the propane tank).
☼ TVs in every room for entertainment.
☼ Parking for up to 3 cars, with overflow parking available nearby.

Important Details to Know:

☼ Rental Agreement: Guests must e-sign within 24 hours of booking and provide a copy of the primary renter’s driver’s license.

☼ Pet Policy: Pets must be crated when left alone, and owners are responsible for any damages or excessive cleaning fees. Sorry, no cats.

☼ Security Cameras: A Ring doorbell and floodlight camera monitor the front porch 24/7.

☼ VRBO Disclosure: The VRBO platform fee is charged after booking confirmation and is non-refundable. We don't handle their platform fee. A 3% credit processing fee applies to cancellations.

Property was nice, beds were comfortable and was glad they had beach chairs and wagon. Property owner responded quickly to any questions I had. Only issue was refrigerator wasn’t working very well but they are having it fixed

Wonderful stay

We had a great stay in a beautiful house and neighborhood. The gated community tucked away was nice. The walk to the beach access was not far. The host was responsive and checked on us during our stay. You will not be disappointed.

Great house for Families! Close to beach with a great super fun pool!

The host was amazing! She was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We stayed with our big extended family and there was enough room for all of us and we all felt like we had our own private space. The lagoon pool is super close and we all had a great time in it! And the beach is just a quick shuttle ride that drops you off at the public entrance. We stayed Labor Day weekend and the beach wasn’t very crowded for being in Destin so we also liked that part. If you have babies it’s an extra plus because the house has 2 pack n plays and 2 high chairs so you don’t have to pack all of that. The community was very clean and everyone was very friendly.

Family Vacation June 2024

The house was clean & well stocked of household items (cookware/towels). This is a great home for large groups. There is two living rooms, which was great for a multi family group. Response time with any messages or questions was answered quickly. Checking in was simple. The walk to the beach took around 10 minutes to get to the public beach access. You can take chairs but to sit front roll at the beach you will have to rent chairs. The beach was not horribly crowded and very clean. The chair rental company was very accommodating for large groups. We seen multiple manatees during our time on the beach. The overall cleanliness of the neighborhood (Villages of Crystal Beach) was not great. The landscaping around all the homes is littered with cans & trash. The pool was cloudy with lots of debris floating. We attempted pool multiple days, but found the results the same. Location of this house is great for shopping (Destin commons & Silver Sands Outlets) & food options. There is a Publix & Walmart very close by.

Great Spring Break Trip

Property was as advertised. Tons of space for the family to spread out, everything was clean, pool was outstanding, and only a short walk to the beach. Amanda’s communication was top notch. Great week overall!

Wonderful Home for Family Vacation

We had a total of 14 family members, ranging in age from <2 to 69 years old, and thought this house was perfect! It came with so many amenities, we didn't realy need to bring as much as we did. Tons of beach toys, high chairs, baby gate, beach towels, cooking utensils - you name it. The location was convienent to the beach (a 5+ minute walk) and the great pool (just ariound the block). It was also easy to get out on the main road because you could easily get to a traffic light if you needed to turn east towards downtown Destin.

We had 12 of us get together for a short weekend. Amanda was an awesome host! Communicated was excellent and gave us everything we needed to have a great stay. The location and house is Amazing !! Better then expected, you have everything you need right there . If we could give 10 stars we would !! Recommend is a must !!!

Spring Break Getaway

The Dreamboat was perfect for our group. The house is just as described. We had three families and each had their own space. The location of the house was great. It is a short walk to the beach. Amanda is a great host. She was quick to respond and very helpful.

WINNER! WINNER!

Spacious , Clean and the Perfect location! This place was immaculate . I Can’t say enough great things about Dreamboat! There are no surprises here , the place was an exact representation of the photos. We visited Destin for a short break with 2 families with 6 young kids, and we loved how all the kids had their own bunk beds. The house is split in a way that you can have a small family on each floor, with plenty of privacy and space for everyone. The beds were very comfortable , the sheets were clean and soft and the towels were super cozy! It was nice not to have to bring our own linens. There are two separate living areas, and the second floor living room has a wet bar with a mini fridge for snacks. The kids loved the pool! The beach was a short easy walk with all the kiddos! The furniture looked new and updated. The dining table was large enough we could all sit together, we just used the folding chairs from the closet. They also have kids’ plates and cups. The place was nicely stocked for all our needs .Owners were attentive and super responsive. This is a great location and a wonderful family environment . We can’t wait to go back and will be booking again in the future!

Why they chose this property

We love this neighborhood, particularly for its kid-friendly atmosphere and the amazing zero-entry pool, perfect for young children! The location can't be beaten. There's a Whole Foods, a Publix, numerous restaurants and entertainment all within a mile. You can WALK to Waffle House for brunch. Beach access -- 2 of them are a short walk to the beach, and there's a large, brand new beach access close by.
