Wonderful house, great location! Our family visits the area every year, and this house was a fantastic find. It is incredibly clean, large, and gave our group plenty of room to relax. The location is perfect, it is super close to Lake Okoboji, local bars, restaurants, and the amusement park, yet the neighborhood itself is quiet. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook family meals. My sisters and I love it and will be back again next year!

Wonderful home for larger groups with plenty of space to gather together and spread out for privacy. Home was clean and had every necessity available on arrival including coffee, TP and paper towels! Very easy walk to Arnolds Park Amusement Park, the lake, shopping and restaurants. Surprisingly quiet neighborhood with being so close to the Amusement Park and felt very safe walking and exploring. Our family of 7 spanning 3 generations plus our dogs spent a fabulous week here.

Very comfortable house with a great location just a block from the lake & the amusement park & boardwalk. Good outdoor space with the adjacent green area for kids to race around. We loved strolling over to get ice cream on the boardwalk and enjoy the sunset, and fishing off the dock.

Great place!

Spent a week here with sisters and their spouses. Plenty of room for all of us to have our own bedroom. Well-equipped house with good bathroom facilities. No issues with furniture or broken anything. Spent a good deal of time on the back deck and fire pit patio. Hosts were very responsive to a minor issue we had with garbage pickup, and communicative regarding coming to the property to access the garages. We had perfect weather, and despite being close to the park, the noise level from the neighborhood was minimal inside the house. Large comfy bedrooms and plenty of room for guests who stopped to visit. Kitchen facilities and equipment all in good working order. Everything sparkling clean, and if you like walnuts and acorns, you'll be entertained by them falling frequently. Walking distance to several stores and restaurants, as well as a great public sidewalk along the lakeshore that lasts for several blocks. Neighbors were very welcoming. Wouldn't be surprised if we return there soon!

Rick and Nadine were fabulous! Home was so accommodating and everything was literally a block away. Easy water equipment rentals and plenty of restaurants/bars in walking distance. We couldn’t have been happier…it was a fantastic family vacation!!

Best Location

We had a wonderful stay at this house! Plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable, ideal for families with kids who need a quiet spot for nap time. The location can’t be beat, we enjoyed many walks along the shore and through Arnold’s park.

Lake okoboji family reunion

Awesome property for a family reunion. Great location, spacious property that sleeps 10 easily. Outside porch and patio with fire pit was great in the evenings. Host was easy to work with and we would go back to stay again!!

Park House

Great Location for Fun

A great spot in Arnold's Park, short walking distance from the amusement park. Also walking distance from boat rentals, jet skis, fishing guides, restaurants... everything. The property looks small on the outside, but has lots of space for a couple families. We hope to stay here again.

Okoboji Vacation

Property was as advertised and extremely well equipped. Location is incredible and close to the fun spots. Bark yard is park like with beautiful mature oak trees. View of the lake was a bonus. We loved it!

Arnold's Park Family Reunion

We thoroughly enjoyed stay. The property was centrally located and provided easy access to the lake and entertainment. Saturday night was AMAZING! Everything was within walking distance.
