Month at PGA West

The condo has a great location within PGA West, on the Arnold Palmer private course. The patio looks out onto the seventh hole fairway across a pond. Golfers are on the other side of the pond, so no cart path nearby, which is nice. The grounds are meticulous as you would expect. The condo is spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Plenty of natural light in the vaulted ceiling of the living room. The primary bedroom and bathroom are quite large, with plenty of storage for a long-term stay. There is also a small patio off the primary bedroom that would catch the afternoon sun which we enjoyed. We also enjoyed sitting on the patio quite often to enjoy our morning coffee or an evening beverage. We even used the fireplace on our trip when the weather was chilly for the first few days, which was nice. Darren has provided everything that would be needed during the stay—-golf cart, bicycles, pool floaties, etc. The ease of access to the various pools and hot tubs was wonderful. The condo was well stocked inside as well, and had everything we needed. There was even a bowl of fresh fruit when we arrived. Darren provided a complementary mid-stay housecleaning as well which was nice since we were there for a month. Darren was very responsive when we needed to contact him. We loved the condo, and the location can’t be beat. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the Coachella Valley. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent property

Very nice property, you can tell the owners treat it as their home. Owner communication and on site information excellent. Very well equipped and furnished for everything we needed during our stay. The mid stay clean was a nice touch and much appreciated. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was spacious and our grandchildren loved the bunk bed room. The adults enjoyed breakfast on the patio. The host was very responsive and a wonderful perk was having a cleaning crew halfway through our stay.
