This spacious, updated apartment is located in a beautifully-kept building in the center of Cheyenne and ready to become your comfortable retreat. Exuding original character, but not lacking in amenities for the modern traveler, there is plenty of room to spread out, whether traveling solo or in a group. Fix your meals in the full kitchen & with a coin-op washer and dryer on site, you can plan your stay for one quick stop over or many nights. Walking distance to State Capitol and hospital.
This is a `main floor` level apartment with 5 other apartments in the building. Please note, there are stairs leading up to the building from the street, and then stairs on the front porch. There is an apartment next door and one above and one below. There is a nice little patio on the front of the house that is shared with the other guests in the building. Feel free to head out there (in the summer;) with your morning coffee. The building is close to 100 years old, so typical floor squeaks and `old` building noises may occur. Nevertheless, updates have been made where needed to make sure you have a comfortable, modern stay.
Window A/C is available seasonally (typically between Memorial Day and Labor Day).
Long term guests staying more than 2 weeks will need to arrange an additional refundable cleaning deposit or schedule regular cleanings during stay (for an additional cleaning fee)
The following is a list of what you can expect to find in the unit. Consider it a “starter kit” if you will…. Hopefully it will give you the time you need to procure any additional items you may need. If something on this list is not in the unit, please let us know and we will do our best to get it to you ASAP.

Easy to get to, easy street parking, house was clean and bed was comfy (picky about my beds) Owners checked in with me prior to checkin and were easy to communicate with.
Quaint older multi-unit structure with wood floors on a quiet street. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Heating system worked well to take the chill off at night. Conveniently located in downtown area. It worked out well for our 2 nights while we were in town visiting relatives.
Our host was gracious and took care of our problems. She was assessable and followed through. My mistake was not asking about steps. I am not able to handle steps at 82 and bad knees-that was my error. Overall it was a nice stay
Traveling through Wyoming with friends and needed a stayover place for one night Very clean, great value, and host was very communicative and everything was as stated. Would stay here for a longer term if visiting Cheyenne.
Overall, I am impressed by the remodeled kitchen and bathroom. However, the front steps need to be repaired and the interior smells a bit of smoke. There are nicer parts of the Cheyenne Avenues.
The property was great! Steps challenging for us seniors, but we would stay there again!! The house has a lot of charm.

Nice, quiet neighborhood. The apartment is old but with a nicely remodeled bathroom. Overall the place needs a lot of patchwork and fixing up. The host s very communicative.
We bad a good stay. It was just what we needed for a night to sleep. A bit of noise from upstairs but understandable due to an older building. Instructions to get in and communication was great. Bathroom & beds were very nice. Thank you!
Even though there were at least five other apartments in this older home, we never heard a neighbor come or go or even walking around. There were five of us & the accommodations were spacious. Will definitely stay here again.

Property manager was wonderful to work with. It was so nice having laundry facility. Close to town, we ate at local pizza shop and played putt putt, all within a 5 minute drive!
Very comfortable. The inside is adorable with an updated bathroom and kitchen while still maintaining a charm and vintage glow. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. It was well stocked with kitchen and bathroom amenities. Close to everything. Would definitely stay again.
Great location. Easy check in amd out process. Loved that there was laundry on site for our extended stay. Upstairs neighbors were loud but that was not the owners fault at all. Overall it was a great stay.
