The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
As you prepare to depart, you will find the departure instructions are on the refrigerator.
We ask that you place all rugs and towels in bags. And, would you place the bed linens in their own bags, please. Garbage bags can be found under the sink. If you need more, just let us know.
If anything is stained, please set it on top of the bags by the door. If you would text me your approx departure time, I will know when to pick up the laundry. This is helpful and appreciated.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke in our homes.  Because smoking makes a home unlivable for the next guest, violators will be assessed $500/day fee.
Extra Cleaning fee (40/ hour) will be assessed if home is extremely dirty after check out beyond what a reasonable guest would normally leave a home.
• Violation of any portion of “House Rules” are grounds for immediate termination and removal from the property without refund.

Convenience should be the name of this property. Just out of your door is a great coffee shop and the “Nipa Hut” Filipino restaurant (just across the alley). The downtown is close by as well as quick access to Air National Guard, Cheyenne Regional Medical Center, Warren Air Force Base and I-25.
