The great room, which is located just below the entry level, has a large, stone, fireplace, a large sofa, two love chairs, and a large leather chair with matching ottoman.  It opens out to the screened in porch with excellent mountain and lake views.  The kitchen, located on the entry level, has a large island, as well as a wet bar island. The spacious pantry that adjoins the kitchen has an extra refrigerator. The dining room is located just off the kitchen and has a large table for seating up to ten.  Just off the kitchen is the spacious Master Bedroom with a king size bed, a large, luxury en suite bathroom, and that opens out to a large wraparound deck.  The bathroom consists of a large tub with jets and a spacious stand up shower. The second level consists of two bedrooms, one with a pyramid bunk bed with a twin size trundle, the other with a queen size bed.  A Jack and Jill bathroom connects these two bedrooms. The end of the second level walkway leads to a lower level game room with a ping pong/air hockey table and a sofa bed, as well as a balcony. The third level consists of an expansive living/lounging area with a gas fireplace, entertainment center, multiple sectional sofas, a sofa bed, and a day bed.  Just off this area is a fourth bedroom with a queen size bed and full size en suite bathroom, as well as a galley style kitchen with a mini refrigerator, this home also comes with a washer/dryer

To top off everything that is already amazing about this home, it has an outside walkway, accessible from either the wraparound deck or screened in porch, which leads directly to Bald Mountain Lake.  It has a small dock and comes with several kayaks.

This superb home has a maximum occupancy of 12.  It is the perfect mountain getaway for families.

CANCELLATIONS/TRANSFERS. Requests must be in writing and received by a Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure  agent. In the event Tenant must cancel this reservation more than 45 day prior to arrival, Tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made, less a cancellation fee of $50.00. Cancellations that occur within 45 to 15 days prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the total reservation charges. Cancellations which occur within 14 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the amount of the reservation. NO refunds will be given for early departures or unused portions of packages.

HOUSEKEEPING SUPPLIES: There is a one-two day starter supply of items such as coffee packets, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent (where appropriate), shampoo, and soap that has been supplied for your vacation rental. All towels, sheets, and linens are provided for the allowed occupancy number of each unit.  There is no housekeeping service provided during your stay. If you run out of any starter supplies, you many purchase these at Apple Valley Market or Ingles Grocery.
